    Tips from experience please :)

    Ok heres the deal I started working out about a year ago, i was 120lbs over weight. I lost 70 lbs of fat and gained 25lbs of muscle, all natural. The last 3 months have been hellish because i am not seeing results on the scale or in the weight room, my frusteration is killing me.

    about me:

    age: 21
    weight: 250
    bf%: 20.25% (down from 31% a year ago)
    height: 5'11

    my diet is as followed:

    -200-300 gram of protein daily
    -75 carbs or less daily
    -1800 calories a day
    -1 gallon of water a day
    -Of course protein shakes with all the viatmins and minerals aswell 3x daily

    My workout regeme is pretty straight forward, I worked with a personal trainer for 4 months and took a lot of classes, nutrition, human development, human bio. I always let my muscles heal for 5 days per muscle group. I do 30 min of high intensity cardio hr 170-175 for 30 min. I am a dedicated person to say the least.


    Ive made good progress on my own and am happy with the results I have gotten but I am not there yet. My question is the following:

    What should i take to get "leaner" and burn fat fast? Ive been told tren (double dragon), test (androgel ) and hgh but i really dont know what is right for me. If anyone has any opinion on the matter i would greatly appriciate it. sorry if this is a repeat but i cant find the answers to what im looking for anywere.

    My goal is to lose another 50 lbs of fat and put on about another 10-20 lbs of muscle. If anyone has any experience with this type of situation Please dont hesitate to inform me with your info. I really just need something, idk 1 cycle of something (maybe 2 roids) + a pct to get me over this hump.

    U will see this a lot"ur bf needs to be below 15 or side can be bad" or sumthing close to that..u are to young anyway, u could really jack urself up BAD. Get a good solid diet u can grow on.. Protien is good ur prob gettn a little run down due to low carb intake and ur puttting out all that energy. The diet forum has sum really really really smart people that can get u growing again. Hang out for a wyle and get smarter on this stuff. U have dun a lot of work on your own now fine tune it, this is the place to learn.. Best of luck!

    Keep up the hard work.... You're on the right path! If in a few years you feel you need AAS then explore that option.... You're still young keep up the diet and working out..... keep it natural at your age! Good Luck!

    are you serious? 1 yr and your talking about HGH, tren , and test? Dude, you were 120 lbs overweight, that takes time. You are nowhere close to needing anything other than vitamins and protein powder, not even creatine yet
