im about to be on week 4 of my first cycle, ive gained 5lbs so far. 158-160lbs 5 10 (23yrs old) 10-11%BF. Ive asked a few other questions about things and have def upped my protein and general good food intake. When do results usually begin to show?? when will the real bulking begin? (using deca 300 Test E 250) (was using test cyn 200 for first 3 weeks)
