Thread: Winny Yes NO?

    Question Winny Yes NO?

    Hi All,

I'm currently trying to loose weight and get my 6 pack back so have been going to gym almost every day including lots of ab work and its getting quite painful.

My question is what would be the best way to increase the recovery from the heavy gym sessions and promote fat loss at the same time?

I have looked at taking winstrol orally and have heard that 50mg a day for 6 weeks can help with this?

Can some one please advise? I don't want to inject as i have never done this before.

    Regards,

    pure_jax

i would stick with your program and gym for another year before considering anything. Winstol will do nothing for recovery in my opinion,, just make your joints hurt.
I thnk you could get to where you want to be naturally if you are that dedicated to the gym as you say.

Well i have been running for a year doing 25k a week and still cant seem to tone the abs i have a really good workout too i think the only way is to increase the strain which is why i need something for recovery and strength.

I took winny, and although I did cut weight a little bit, but as said above it hurt my joints, and my recovery times didn't seem any quicker. Your best bet would just be a good diet
