    Question new supplement by rage (RAGE AFTERMATH)

    Hi, im new to this forum and i just have a few questions, i ordered this new product by ANC-rage aftermath a few days ago (check it out).. although there is one problem, i dont have any weights or weight bench, so i was wondering.. if i took this supplement and ran atleast 4 miles a day, did lots of situps and pushups would the supplement still gain me muscle mass by doing lots of pushups, and at the same time shredd me? or does anyone else think i should think of some different workouts? plzz help.

    There is no such thing as a magic pill. You can get in decent shape if you run everyday. It wont make you physically bigger.

    Pushup's and situp's will only do so much.

    You do know that is not a AAS / DS / PH. Its a "test booster", you wont see much from that if anything at all, maybe a lil increase in energy but thats it.
