Power Start not used any more?

I have been away from the roids for a almost a year now,
I'm mean 100% out, no forums etc.

I remember like 1 year ago everyone one used to do "Power Start" (frontloading)
or called something like that.

Like in the first week you would use 2x the normal dose to max. effects.

Now all the new cicles I'm reading avoid that.

What happened?
