Hi guys i know what people say about dbol only cycles but i know of people who have had good results and i got a book by mick hart that seems to think its a good starting cycle so i'll give it a shot.

Taking nolva everyday at 20 mg and proviron at 50 to minimize water gain
Week 1:10mg ed
Week 2:20mg
Week 3 to 6:30mg
Week 7:20mg
Week 8:10
Pct: nolva 40/40/20/20
For live may take liv 52 or milk thistle whatever you guys think is better
I know i may not put on much but im not looking for a really bulky bb physique mainly put on some nice muscle and have a nice body
