    Talking help with testosterone ethanate!!!!

    I'm going to start taking testosterone ethanate(1 ml a week) and wanted to know if I can take the lukic and gakic stack (from muscletech) along with the test ethanate? Thank you.

    I'm 6'3' 290 lbs. Overweight. 29yrs old. I've lifted off and on for years. I've started eating pretty clean, lots of protein and veggies. How much protein should I have a day?

    I mean how many mg/ml? How mg of test is in the 1ml it will day on the side of the amp or vial. Something like 250mg/ml

    when you say over weight do you know your bf%?,Im betting at 290lbs you have alot of body fat.

    I'm not sure what my bf% is but I'm sure its high. I do have decent muscle at the same time, if that makes sense. I'm using it to put size on.I also read that it reduces fat

    Have a look at steroid.com.
    I’ve only done two cycles by the way I’ll tell you that first. And after been on here a bit you'll have drummed into you that Anabolics won't just take fat off ya. Diet is the key. Although I will advise you look into maybe ephedrine and maybe Clen.
    Clen I don't know a great deal about but I’ve done many many cycles of ephedrine ECA stacks with great results for weight loss. When I was 20 it helped me train that much that I noticed a really good increase in body tone and strength from just that. Like a buzz from trying harder type thing. It might be good for you to try just that first.
    It’s a good idea to either pick to bulk up or cut (if you have the muscle and tone to cut on), you need as you’ll have to eat loads more to feed muscle and I know my first cycle I over ate. Just read, read and read mate. And ask questions, they will give you answers to any questions you ask, weather you think it’s daft or not… Knowledge is “POWER” pardon the pun ha.

    Well I apprec. All the help and info. I mainly want to put size on. Ill worry about cutting later. I also have put my diet in check, and cardio I'm working on. So I'm still wanting to know about taking the gakic and lukis with test!!!!????

    Using AAS with a high BF can actually give you more health problems than before.. Sorry bro its not for you and you could seriously harm your body by using it a a BF% higher than 18..most people recommend 15% as the highest before considering usage of AAS.. You sides can be a lot worse.. YOu need to learn how to eat clean for a while and research before you take anything or you can harm yourself..sorry thats not what you wanted to hear but its the truth..

    IMO , that S*** is a waste a money..Thats like sixty bucks a bottle bro.. take that 120dollars and go to the Freakin Grocery store and buy FOOD!! AAS is not gonna help you bro..Diet and CArdio thats it!!! drop your Bf and loose the weight..You will be dissapointed trust me...And you could become more unhealthy by using anyways.

    I'm in a similar boat dude. I've had a test e, tren, winstrol cycle planned to start 2 weeks on Monday. Research, listening and learning now means it's all changed because I’m not ready for tren.
    I rushed in and now I’ve got hundreds of pounds worth or gear I’m not going to be using yet and none of the gear I need that I can’t right now get. Won't be ready for holiday, starting the cycle and more money to spend etc etc ect. All part of it I suppose. Don't go rushing in! I have and now I look like a T**T lol.

    Yeah bro I weigh 220 lbs I'm on 600mg of Test E a week - I eat about 300 grams of protein a day, along with a good amount of fruits & veggies - and I drink about a gallon of water a day. I'm in week 3 tryin to get up to a solid 235 (Im 5'9) by the end which will be 12 weeks. Use the clen for the last 3 or 4 weeks, or try some winstrol if you get your bodyfat in check. I love Winny to dry me out and help cut down, dont do the pills though bro. Clen is ok in pill form but Winny is murder on your liver.

    Try more like 500mg a week. After esters 250mg isn't that much more than the amount of testosterone your body already produces

    I'm shocked that nobody sent you to the 'DIET' subforum. Those people are straight geniuses. Look at the stickie " so you want to learn to diet?". It's a video and an hour long, but it is broken up in several small parts. By far, the most beneficial thing on this entire website.

    Get that diet in check and the body you want will be yours!

    not true, your body produces around 7mg of test/day naturally, so 49mg/wk

    250mg of total test=175mg of test plus 75mg of ester, so even at 500mg/wk you are producing over 3.5x your normal about of test

    No, it contains too much fat, if you MUST have an RTD i would go with Myoplex Carb control(25g protein and 5g of carbs), but the proteins in those drinks(milk protein concentrate, calcium caseinate, soy protein concentrate, etc..) are inferior really, they only add a pinch of whey isolate so that they can put it on the list

    Hey phate I've seen the figure quoted for males in there 20's being 7-10mg a day. Anyway I was being overzealous but I still think if ur gonna inhibit or shutdown hpta anyway why not do it with 500mg and see some good results? Hell everyones different tho. But 250mg?

    i know a couple guys that grow very well off of lower doses, but you're right that most people grow best on a 500mg/wk cycle

    yeah bro stay away from the juice until you trim up a little. Do some clen maybe T3 but youre going to blow up like a balloon. Plus, I wouldnt run any Test cycle under 500mg a week. If you're going to juice do it right, get big in a good way.

    And Muscle milk is like a protein bar, not a ton of good stuff in there - I personally prefer regular milk with added protein

    I am serious, and only slightly overweight. I'm going to the doc to find out my b.f. %. I am new to steroids and that's why I'm here to get help. I appreciate everyones help and criticism, its what pushes me the extra mile. Ill keep eating right and doing my cardio then. Eventually do my test.
