    what dose do you cruise at?

    I get on many sites but this one is by far my favorite. Lots of info and knowledge. The pros seem add a great amount of personal knowledge as well. Something alot of people dont talk about is cruising and blasting. So that being said, what do the "year rounders" crusie at between cycles?

    Hope i dont open a can of worms on this.

    but for me i go 250mg a week cruising.

    Not competing but would like to one day.

    Probably 5-6 cycles

    Was cruising at 200... possibly going up after my current cycle.

    Cruising and blasting is one hell of a way to keep those gains coming and maintained, there is no step backwards with regards to recoverying your own Testosterone so there normally isnt any muscle loss but many people who do this method end up on HRT because of a direct result of staying on cycle.

    If being on HRT for the rest of your life doesnt bother you then that might be your way forward but I cant see why you would do this if your goal isnt to compete, kind of drastic IMHO but thats your personal choice.

    I have done my research on this, and i know what can/could happen. I have seen alot of your post and responces on here and i respect what you say fully. I dont mind pinning for the rest of my life, i takes about two minutes and its simple. The 2 minutes it takes is alot better then the swings i went through in PCT.... and the loses.

    yeah i know tht one, im consigning myself to the fact tht im not gona stop cycling and am going to cruise on 200mg pw test and do 2 good cycles a year, also have ever increasing thoughts of strongman comps

    200mg/week cyp for me mate, some shoot once/week but i feel better using mon/thurs protocal. I do know some that cruise on 1 shot of 250mg sust per week, used it myself last year with good results but stay on cyp now as its my test of choice for blasting. No need to take any more than 200mg/week imo.

    I still lost some of my gains on 200 (test C) i may try 250 after this cycle. (dbol /deca /test)
    Ive seen some people cruising at 300 and 400 a week, theres got to be some health concerns on that right??

    200 a week will maintain some but it wont maintain what you had at a full blown cycle.

    the idea of cruising is to mimick the bodys natural level of test production so you don't have to go through pct to regain your own natty levels 150mg/200mg per week is roughly what your own body would produce, going above 300mg is cycling imo.

    Sorry don't want to anger anyone but unless you are competing or this is your profession then this is sick and waaay over the top for vanity alone.

    I enjoy my 2- 3 cycles a year there something to look foward to, but i use aggressive pct everytime and last cycle i actually gained strength in pct after a one week dip.

    Just my 2 cents brah

    for CHEVS question bout negatives to cruise at 400...
    blood pressure. liver values. cholesterol. lipid profile. they would all be affected. some may not be affected to such a negative degree. but still things to think about.

    plus youll swamp your receptors. if your body gets used to runnin 400mg a week. when you do cycle at 500 or what not... gains may be less then normally would

    Are you on doctor perscibed TRT or self-percribed?

    well doc told me i needed it. but i never got the scripts. just do it all myself. cheaper this way. my doc is cool. knows i juice. she checks my levels and only bitches sometimes. lol
