    Am i overtraining?

just curious if i am, or not...switched over to this split that worked really well for me, and its kind of hard to ask people if i am without them knowing your on test/masteron/var....anyways heres what i just started doing

    Back
    Chest
    Deads/traps
    shoulders
    arms
    legs
    off

it works well, strength is going up...my main goal as far as mass is to add more size to my arms because that is one of my major weak points.

kind of hard to look at at a general split and say if it's overtraining, I mean you could be doing one set of 6 for each of those days for all we know the way it is listed.

lol its hard to even say because i switch it up alot, i always do the main exercise though but i might one day use bands or do a superset. i guess as long as im not feeling over trained then i guess im good, because i know that feeling, you feel like a slave and just want to rest.

just dont let your heart rate get too high and you'll be good. And if you feel that bicep straining its time to stop. I've torn mine and you do NOT want to do that lol.

actually its the opposite, usually take a 60-90 sec. its just usually so packed at my gym plus it takes time to go up stairs where there is more equipment...anyways just wanted to run the split by everyone just to see there thoughts

no get a training split you like and stick with it... read up on sling shot training i like it - it works, and you will beable to measure your results

i prefer to lift by my self, but ever once in awhile i like the challenge of a partner... any ways i wait at least 2 + min between each set - fyi and still keep my pump.

imo - seconds between sets is more like cardio and i loose a lot of strength later in the set - my goal is to lift as much weight as many times as possible. or as much weight as i can for as many reps as i can...

i dont do drop sets or negitives (not that they are bad) i normally finish a set wtih the ability to do one or maybe two more reps...

well i can measure my strength if i go up on dbs or when i switch to bb and can do more, for the first 3 exercise i stick with the same movement just might switch it up from db to bb or vise versa...for the sets after that, thats when i start doing the supersets and what not

well, read up on sling shot training... he talks about supersets and strength

i would write down your goals - then find a guy who looks like you do and do what he does... i like youtube to look for guys with body parts that i want to grow and duplicate thier work outs - seems to be very helpful
