Phate: On an average day Ill have (in order upon waking)500ml skimmed(fat free) milk with 2 scoops of Myofusion, 7 eggs (only 2 yolks), have some superpump250 (gaspari) and workout for 1.5hours then BSN Cellmass ethyl ester creatine after workout, 500ml skimmed milk with scoops myofusion, fresh raw tuna (250grams) with Japanese rice,avocado,cumcumber and soysauce mixed with wasabi,another 7 eggs (only 2 yolks), 500grams of chicken,turkey or lean mince beef (fagita,turkey sandwich or burritoes all home made and healthy) another 500ml skimmed milk and 2 scoops before bed
