    Need help choosing cycle

    Sup everyone! Ive been training in the gym and martial arts such as ju-jitsu and muaythai boxing since 12 years old.Of course at a young age i mainly did light weights and C.V for endurance and toning not to prohibit my growth.I started bodybuilding seriously from 18.Im now 23 and would like to compete in 2011 so would like to start cycle as I am nearing my genetic limit as a natural. Can anyone give me advise on what to go for? I would prefer oral as I hate injections.

    Age: 23
    Height: 188cm
    Weight: 129kg
    BF% : 20%

    I mainly would like to loose fat but keep my appetite as I eat 350 grams of protein a day and is hard enough to do so already.
    Anavar sounds good, any ideas?

    Your a little young and your bf % is somewhat high. If you must just do beginner cycle. It tells in one of the top threads on here.

    Well for starters, most newbs always think steroids are a magic drug and will burn fat and increase muscles. Not that you do but most do. Well with that being said my suggestion would be clean up your diet and drop your bf %, eat plenty of protein and train hard. You will see your body transform naturally I promise. If after aforementioned doesnt work for you, get back online and maybe you can start with newb stack, but make it last resort.

    My knowledge of bodybuilding is very good, I have sports science qualifications and been researching the sport for many years and doing it of course. I follow Ronnie coleman and Jay cutlers routine alot. Im no noob in the gym (11 years experience) Ive always been proud of being a natural bodybuilder I mean I can deadlift just shy of 420pounds and bench press 330pounds (7 reps).
    My diet is good its mainly Japanese food I eat as it is the healthiest on the planet, it mainly consists of Gaspari Myofusion protein shakes,turkey,chicken,lean mince, steaks,tuna, egg whites for protein source and for carbs which I have very little of is rice,wholemeal bread and potatoes.
    I have some excess skin as I used to be obese when a child so I need a cycle that would promote good muscle growth and help me burn more fat. thanks ppl

    It should be no problem for you to drop you bf % with stats like that... a little over 6ft and almost 300 lbs with only 20% bf. You've got to be pretty stout and obviously you know what you're doing if you can bench 330 lbs by 7 reps. If you adjust your diet and keep training hard you should be able drop the bf nicely

    and to the oral only cycle, bad idea, if your going to use, get your head around the fact that your going to have to inject yourself

    JScondition: Ye everyone thinks I shud train for strong man comps rather than bodybuilding comps....Im more like mark pheonix or Terry Holland is it?(Englands strong man) rather than Cutler or Coleman if you know wat i mean.Not as fat as Terry though.

    Phate: On an average day Ill have (in order upon waking)500ml skimmed(fat free) milk with 2 scoops of Myofusion, 7 eggs (only 2 yolks), have some superpump250 (gaspari) and workout for 1.5hours then BSN Cellmass ethyl ester creatine after workout, 500ml skimmed milk with scoops myofusion, fresh raw tuna (250grams) with Japanese rice,avocado,cumcumber and soysauce mixed with wasabi,another 7 eggs (only 2 yolks), 500grams of chicken,turkey or lean mince beef (fagita,turkey sandwich or burritoes all home made and healthy) another 500ml skimmed milk and 2 scoops before bed

    could you write out everything you eat today or tom and post it so we can get a good approximation(with macros for each meal would be extremely helpful as well)

    so all in all i consume 325-400grams of protein,100 grams of carbs,100 grams of fat (good fats like MCT'S, ***** 3-6-9, polyunsaturates etc) my saturated fat is about 25grams a day.

    That is what i usually have everyday. Sometimes i might have pork or seafood but 5 days out of the 7 its that. Ive tried Ostrich meat but dont like it lol

    sorry, lol, i'm just wondering because ketogenic diets normally use lower carbohydrate levels(<50g/day), you're currently running a macro ratio of around 55% protein
    14% carbs
    31% fat

    any particular reason you chose that setup?

    I chose this diet cos I get fat easily, ive always been burly and strong and got told carbs are my enemy.is this true? I have a slow metabolism.

    how do you know you have a slow metabolism? have you gotten tested? it could be alot of different factors.

    no, carbs aren't the enemy at all as long as you use the right ones at the appropriate times

    I only eat good Japanese rice or brown rice,wholemeal bread etc.White rice for quick energy release. So any ideas what I should use in terms of cycles?

    before you cycle i would drop down to 15% at a maximum, 12% would be better, and oral only cycles, not such a good idea

    injection are actually better for you. I know it sounds the opposite but its true. Suffer through the "pain" and you'll get better results lol. If you dont want to inject because of pain, it honestly doesnt hurt... bad

    I know I have a metabolism on a slow side just because of how i grew up,how i add weight and my strcuture, family history. I just get fat when i eat carbs.
    Why should I not start a cycle? I got told I can full up with muscle and that would get ride of my excess skin then trim up.

    jjredd: i know injections r better than have better results. What i want to know is wat did Arny take apart from Oxy's.

    there are several compounds that start with "oxy", but what does it matter what he took? His genetics are what allowed him to look like he did, not massive amounts of steroids, back in his time they didn't use very high dosages at all, just diet and hardcore training

    well first off your endocrine system(the one that controls all your hormones and runs your body) is still developing so you could possibly damage it for life

    and if you have alot of loose skin then it will take a long time to build up muscle enough to help fill it in, but if you're 20% then if you get leaner you will have more excess skin

    I dont have alot of excess skin most of it is filled with muscle.
    What age shall i start?
    I produce alot pf testosterone naturally so dont need anything like testa500 but what would you recommend disregarding age?

    can you post some pics so we can see how far along you are?

    Ok man your Diet sounds right for building muscle and staying bulked up. What these guys are telling you is the truth. You dont really wanna cycle with such a high BF%. It may look great in the beginning but may hurt you in the long run. I have had to learn that myself. I am like you 6'2 330lbs former college fball player. Strong as shit and big as hell just some excess body fat not wanted. Man cut your carbs and fat intake (no matter if its good or not) in half and you will see results fast. To be honest you dont need an AAS right now. If you seriously want to take something Look towards something like phenteramine or Clen to cut fat off first, that will also help you with your excess skin if continue to workout. Once you have taken all the proper steps and healthy steps to lowering your BF then look to get on a beginner cycle and work your way. Also dont forget CARDIO is a must and I dont 30 min on treadmill walking or 20 min on a bike. But atleast 45 min of hard cardio to burn and cut that fat off.

    thanks for the help much appreciated. How do you take phenteramine and clen?whats the difference?also I heard winstrol is good for burning fat anything i should know about winstrol?

    Yea, You shouldn't take it..Diet is most important here.. Post your diet in the diet forum on this website.. Those guys are pros..Get that straightened out and tweak your routines a little and you will notice good results..In the meantime research and keep researching..

    Phentermine is by pill form only. It will speed up your metabolism if you eat proper and workout. Do research before you go get it. It usually has to be doctor prescribed but has little to no side effects.

    Clen- comes in many different forms. Doing alot of research on that myself. This link can help you understand everything you need to know about clen.

    isnt phenteramine just a deritive of the amphetamine family?

    pretty sure it falls in the prescription weight loss drugs along with duromine

    from family friends experiences i can say the stuff really does work, but the side effects are understated

    you are very likely to suffer side effects from the stuff, its not that fantastic

    noted insomnia is probably almost guarenteed, along with dry mouth

    yeah it's from the amphetamine and phenethylamine class

    it's a great appetite suppressant but the side effects and lasting effects are steep if you use too much
