ok, i will bump up my cardio, i will do the p90x+ twice a day, and take the weights down an hour. I am just doing as much as possible, the cardio is really beating my body up, i would rather just lift. my legs are sore as hell from the workout, my upper body was as well, but the soreness has started to fade away, but my legs feel like jello, i had to skip it today to let myself recoup and just did weights
is there a way at home i can measure my body fat? maybe something they sell at walmart?
also, i used to only eat once a day, since i started working out, it seems like i am always hungry, these lipo 6 pills arent doing what they are supposed to do and curb my appetite, seems like its making it grow.
although i am eating more, i am eating healthier, i used to practicly live off of fast food and hostess cakes.
i went in the store, i bought everything light / fat free / sugar free / fruits / lots of chicken breasts to cook at home. seems to be working well so far. i am gonna go to walmart in a little while to buy a new scale to see my progress so far
