Need Help.. Fat Kid Starting Out
Ok Heres My Stats.
I Weigh 244 Lbs.
BodyFat: Not Sure How To Measure
5'8 . 38" Waist
Loose & Flabby. With A Weak Mind For Junk Foods.
I started P90X About 5 Days Ago.. Doing The Cardio & Some of the weight work outs they show you. And adding about 2 hours of additional weight work outs
I have started taking Lipo 6, Centrium Multi Vitamins and Vitamin E Daily.
Since i started the workout and vitamins/lipo6 i Can notice my belly has went down a bit already.
I have also cut out all fast food and junk food out of my life. and cutting out most carb's. and eating a protein bar for when i have those crazy chocolate cravings.
I am looking to drop down to a very tone 200lbs, maybe 220. ridding myself of most of my body fat.
I am looking at a few steroids to help speed up the process.. So I need something that will help me cut the fat, while retaining my muscle and help show definition

i have come to terms with that already.. I am looking to speed it up faster with one of the 3 steroids though, or if someone can recommend something else

I am 26 years old, and I have always worked out , just not religously

you don't need steroids at this point, you need proper diet and cardio. you didn't even list 3 steroids, slow down, do some research, and we'll help you do this properly.

ok, i will bump up my cardio, i will do the p90x+ twice a day, and take the weights down an hour. I am just doing as much as possible, the cardio is really beating my body up, i would rather just lift. my legs are sore as hell from the workout, my upper body was as well, but the soreness has started to fade away, but my legs feel like jello, i had to skip it today to let myself recoup and just did weights
is there a way at home i can measure my body fat? maybe something they sell at walmart?
also, i used to only eat once a day, since i started working out, it seems like i am always hungry, these lipo 6 pills arent doing what they are supposed to do and curb my appetite, seems like its making it grow.
although i am eating more, i am eating healthier, i used to practicly live off of fast food and hostess cakes.
i went in the store, i bought everything light / fat free / sugar free / fruits / lots of chicken breasts to cook at home. seems to be working well so far. i am gonna go to walmart in a little while to buy a new scale to see my progress so farLast edited by djp; 02-07-2010 at 01:42 AM.

I'm not sure about walmart, but body fat calipers are easy to find, if you can't find them locally order them online and you'll have them in less than a week.

sounds like a decent start.....kicking wendy's was my vice back when i dropped my weight....and i was heavier than you.....
the 3 "steroids " you listed are fake "legal" versions, you may as well take an aspirin.......
as for your body being beaten up, the first few weeks will be the worst...but it will get better as you condition. your endurance will improve, as well as your recovery time.
i would suggest checking the diet section on here too..and im not suggesting a "diet" - as we know they dont work for most.... do lifestyle changes.
and remember, as fast as you want it off - it will take time....it took time to put it on, it will also take time to take it off... and when/if you plateau - DO NOT GIVE UP..... instead: PUSH HARDER!
