Breakfast - protein smoothie (iso-femme powder) with various fruits. Also i will have a small bowl of home made - oatmeal , or cream of wheat.
the whey isolate will be digested in 45-60 minutes, real food would be preferable, like egg whites, is the oatmeal instant? cream of wheat is not a good choice, it digested quickly creating a sugar and subsequently an insulin spike
Lunch - Home made soup with various vegetables, and meat. or a tuna or salmon sandwich on squirrely bread.
this is good depending on what you add to the stock
Dinner - Large salad ( all sorts of vegetables, a chicken breast, home made dressing, goat cheese, fruit and nuts).... i only eat brown rice, potatoes once in a while. I eat alot of steamed veggies, and fish as well
I drink tons of water everyday, drink skim milk, stay away from juices.
For snacks i will eat celery and peanut butter, skimmed cottage cheese w/ bran and fruit, yogurt w/ bran, fruits, veggies....
anything else i should be eating or NOT eating??
That is just the usual, sometimes i will change it up a little bit
