anavar??
Hi , Im new to this site. I have been taking clenbuterol for a while now, and a friend told me about anavar . Ive done some research on it and so far so good. Just wondering if there are any women that have before and after photos they could show me, or if they have any bad experiences or side effects. I would really appreciate your input...
I am planning on taking anavar and stacking it with clen , and helios.... any suggestions?

you do know that helios is a mixture of 40mcg of clenbuterol and 5.4mg of yohimbine? so taking it with clen would be pointless, btw, helios is MUCH stronger then clen so start out at a very very low dose
as far as anavar, now you're heading from sympathomimetics(clen, ephedrine, albuterol, etc..) to steroids , so don't make the jump too hastily

- training for 3 years.... average 5 days a week

well, all the steroids and fat burners in the world won't do anything unless you have a strict diet set up for you to follow, if not then all you're doing is wasting money, clen and such will only help you get to your goals, but they can't overcome a bad diet day in and day out
do you have any pics so we can estimate bf%, you can pm them to me if you need to

Clen is useless without proper diet. I keep telling my girl and my sister that.

well basically this is my daily diet... id appreciate any suggestions:
Breakfast - protein smoothie (iso-femme powder) with various fruits. Also i will have a small bowl of home made - oatmeal , or cream of wheat.
Lunch - Home made soup with various vegetables, and meat. or a tuna or salmon sandwich on squirrely bread.
Dinner - Large salad ( all sorts of vegetables, a chicken breast, home made dressing, goat cheese, fruit and nuts).... i only eat brown rice, potatoes once in a while. I eat alot of steamed veggies, and fish as well
I drink tons of water everyday, drink skim milk, stay away from juices.
For snacks i will eat celery and peanut butter, skimmed cottage cheese w/ bran and fruit, yogurt w/ bran, fruits, veggies....
anything else i should be eating or NOT eating??
That is just the usual, sometimes i will change it up a little bit

well for the soup, its just herbs and spices, and boil the bones from a whole chicken for flavor....
any suggestions on the smoothie? and the powder?
The oatmeal is not instant either.
As for pictures how do i send you one? i have a profile pic up now if that helps

you have to have 25 posts to pm me, or you could click on the little mountain and sun symbol up by "just" in your post and inserting the link to the picture
if you have to have a smoothie then i would use a mixture of whey isolate and casein(milk protein), add in the oatmeal to the smoothie and some blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries(high fiber fruits) for texture, some nuts would be okay as well, then i would divide the smoothie in half and have half now and half later

- half a banana
- handfull of blueberries
- handfull of strawberries
- 1/2 a serving of 'source' mixed berry yogurt
