First cycle advice appreciated

Ok... been reading for a few weeks now and I think I have some resemblance of a plan..

Some stats;
age: 33
height: 5ft 10
Weight: 177lbs
Body Fat: 19%
Exercise: Lifting since high school, last 4yrs aggressively. 4 days a week, I'm lifting in the am and doing cardio at night.
Diet is pretty good, at a 2 to 1 protein to carb ratio.
Goals: 5-10lbs of solid gains
Concerns: side effects (hair loss, gyno, shrunken nuts, loss of libido, etc)

I've taken all sorts of OTC supplements and proteins, but this would be my first attempt at a cycle.

I may be going a little overboard on the Letro.. if so, please let me know. Also, I'll be using Nizoral shampoo, saw palmetto, multi-vitamin, and taurine (for the clen).

Appreciate any suggestions on the pic below.

Cyp and EQ. Why are doses jumped up then down?

thanks guys. kinda felt like I was going overboard, now i know.

Letro just seemed like a better choice then the others, especially based on the info I read.. kinda freaked me out on the libedo kill, but thought a low dose would be fine

Letro will wipe your estrogen out. COMPLETELY to next to nothing. You need some estrogen.

agreed, even a low dose of letro has been shown to drop estrogen levels by 98%

I agree, forget letro while on cycle it wipes to much estrogen out of your body. What is your cycle plan?

thanks. Per advice, I pulled letro and replaced with .25 of Arimidex (daily) while I'm on the test cyp. I also started the test at 500 and then tapered down at end of cycle (to ween off).

I removed EQ Clen, Benadryl, and dropped HCG from the PCT.

Ok if I run dianabol (40mgs daily) for the first 4 weeks?

letro will make u feel like ur dying....

dont ween off the test, run it same level all cycle.

others will say fine about the dbol but i think ur first cycle should be just test..

thanks, the letro is freaking me out the more I hear personal responses on it.

I'll drop the dbol.. better safe than sorry for the first time.

At 19% BF, you obviously have a flaw in your diet which is probably why your turning to doing a cycle. I would re-check your diet, make some adjustments, lost some BF and THEN consider doing a beginners cycle...Not this one.
