hcg in pct or during cycle????

ive read conflicting articles, some say hcg is best to run 250ius twice a week during cycle, while others say that hcg is best utilized during pct at a higher dose...which one is correct. i just want to keep as much of my gains as possible so what is the best protocol to follow???

i would not use HCG in PCT.
i only use during cycle upto PCT....but thats just me.

I agree. I use it during cycle at a dose of 125ius x2 a week.
