basically i was going to do a purely cutting cycle. but now i have had a really bad patch of food poisoning and lost a load of weight i wanted to pack on some weight before cutting down. the orignal plan was weeks 1-12 test e 500 ew. with winny weeks 8-12. but now im thinking dbol weeks 1-4 as well at 40mg ed.
The idea behind this is that i will gain 10-15lbs from the dbol at the start of the cycle, hence putting on more size and mass, then from weeks 5-12 get on the cutting diet and let the test work its magic to keep high muscle and lose the fat. I might still include the winny at the end if im lean enough too.
Any thoughts on this? i know its not ideal and not the best cycle idea you will have heard but do you think it will be effective in its purpose? to bulk myself back up to a good weight before slicing up up to week 12?
