Few Questions
I am new at this so bare with me. My roommate is trying to get me started on a cycle of test and deca . He has done it for the past few years and is in great shape. I am 22, havent grown in height since high school. Ive been hitting the gym for the past year and have seemed to hit a peak. I am active and in the best shape of my life. I know im going to get sarcastic comments after reading others but i figured id ask you all before going through with it. Thanks for all the help in advance

training exp: off and on for 3 years. Big gains in last year. 5-6 days a week

diet? Normal diet nothing special. lots of protein
like i said im new any more info would help. I know my roommate is very experienced in this but he was young when he started. hitting a peak is very frustrating so any help would be appreciated.

is there such thing as taking a less potent dose. maybe a smaller concentration?

If i was in your position I would wait man make a goal for yourself to get to 205 or something maybe 210. Eat more food, you said your diet is normal, what does that mean?

meaning im not on a set diet. i wake up eat some eggs and toast. lunch varies. dinner is usually high in protein and carbs.

a lot of my friends are graduated college football players. they said to get past a peak you eat a ton. im not trying to get fat just trying to increase what i can lift you know what im sayin? if that makes any sense. btw i appreciate your help!

bro no problem i appreciate your attitude and willingness to learn. The norm here for protein is about 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of lbm. So you should be getting in at least 300g of protein per day. You need to get a good diet going and I think you will see an improvement/gains. Basically maybe post something similiar to this thread after you have done a little research on diets in the diet forum and have them help you out. Check out milos sarcev secret of the pros on diet its like 4 videos on you tube on diet liek 3-4 hours maybe more i forget you will learn a ton. No joke take notes you will learn a lot.

no problem man good luck. Its the type of knowledge you will need anyways to run a good clean first cycle, so might as well learn it now and make some more gains naturally. Best of luck man! update us some time.

BJ ---> Great advice and solid delivery, to the point.... Much better then some guys that go into attack mode on the younger guys.
Bigbatter ---> BJ is right you do have a good attitude heading into this... He's also right about the diet. If you follow a good solid diet you will hit that 205 or 210 mark naturally and you'll feel a sense of pride doing it with no enhancers. Stick around here read, learn ask question so when you're older and peaked you will know exactly what to do and stay safe doing it. The fact that your friend hasn't told you about pct but told you to do a cycle of test and deca means he probably doesn't know that much and will probably lead you down a dangerous path.... Just keep learning and work hard... it will come.
