Newbe to this great site, thanks for your input.

I am just getting back into the gym but I am in no ways a serious lifter so I am not after some crazy results, just a "jump start" to my system.

Okay here's my bio:
Male, 32 years old.
6'1" 205 lbs
BF % = not sure but I am quite athletic (most think I work out regularly)

I currently have 1 - 10ml bottle of Sandoz T200. Knowing that my goals are minimal, I would love to hear recommendations as to dosing and frequency. Also, any recommendations regarding "store bought" supplements and dieting to go along with my "cute" little cycle would be greatly appreciated.
