New test cyp cycle
Hey everyone, this is the first cycle I have decided on, please let me know what you think, what i need to change what I may need to add or not take. Should i take the nolva/clomid ED or EOD? Is the HcG recommended or it just over kill, also if I should be taking it is the dosing right?
Test Cyp Nolvadex HcG
Week 1 400 mg 10 mg ED
Week 2 400 mg 10 mg ED
Week 3 400 mg 10 mg ED
Week 4 400 mg 20 mg ED 250 IU 2x/w
Week 5 400 mg 20 mg ED 250 IU 2x/w
Week 6 400 mg 20 mg ED 250 IU 2x/w
Week 7 400 mg 20 mg ED 250 IU 2x/w
Week 8 400 mg 20 mg ED 250 IU 2x/w
Week 9 400 mg 20 mg ED 250 IU 2x/w
Week 10 400 mg 20 mg ED 250 IU 2x/w
Week 11 000 mg 20 mg ED 250 IU 2x/w
Week 12 000 mg 20 mg ED 250 IU 2x/w
For my PCT i will be taking 50 mg of clomid ED for 4 weeks and 20 mg of Nolva ED for 4 weeks, starting 2 weeks after my last injectionLast edited by ThunderMan55; 02-09-2010 at 12:57 AM.

also should I wait 2-4 weeks to start nolva or should i being immediately?

mate you should really know how to run a pct before going ahead and doing any cycle. Clomid and nolva should be run everyday and you should wait 2 weeks after your last test jab before starting pct.
You can run hcg throughout your cycle, I prefer to use 500iu every 5 days but some people I know prefer 250iu every 5 days. If your going to run hcg then run it from weeks 1-12 then leave the hcg alone and start your pct right away for 4 weeks. Running hcg througout a cycle will help with your recovery allot quicker.
Just curious here mate but how old are you and how long have you been lifting for??
id rather try and help you here and give you as much info as possible rather than you going ahead and running a cycle ANYWAY without the correct info on how to do things

I would rather send out my stats in a PM for reasons i will explain, but i am asking these questions now, because i want to do everything perfect, because if I am not going to do it right, whats the point in doing it at all? I know some of my ?'s seem newb like, but that's why I am asking so I don't do anything stupid

i am 20, 6'5 270 with 24% bf. i have been training for 5 years, and have gotten my diet in check over the past 5-6 months, i used to be 330 and found that i was much more effective at about 295-305, so i am looking to get back to that weight but with a lot more muscle than I previously had

I agree, you're in no position to cycle.
Actually, you'd be better off if you continued to cut, then started to add some lean mass.
What do you mean, "you were more effective at 295-305"?

because I am a college football player (D1), and waiting until 24-25 will defeat the purpose, I am looking to get bigger stronger faster thus test cyp, I know I am young, But I have spent my life trying to become a machine and test cyp will take it to the next level

as said mate your bf is way to high. Surely you would feel a hell of allot better and faster etc with your football if you dropped some of that bf, then started a cycle. Plenty of cardio and a good clean diet will work wonders, then.......when you have dropped your bf quite a bit lower you could then go ahead and do this test cyp cycle. With test cyp you will end up gaining water retention and without the help of adex you will look very bloated and tbh you wont be feeling all that good with the amount of bf you have at the mo aswell.
The cycle is their above for when you do this and in the mean time you could look into the different steroids and what they do, and more importantly PCT!!
I commented on your thread so you didnt go doing things the wrong way, but obviously its your choice whether you go ahead and do this cycle anyway. I hope you make the right decision!
