    Clenbuterol

    I`m going to buy 100 tablets of 0.04mg Clenbuterol how shall i cycle it?

    I don't think clen will give you the results your after.

    What's your daily diet like?

    Daily diet nothing special Chicken , Cornflakes , Soups , Sammiches.

    My goal is to get very lean for summer.

    If you are truly 15% bf, you can easily get lean for by summer time with the right diet and training routine.

    Taking clen with a crap diet won't do anything for you, though.

    Go start a thread in the diet forum, and they will help you along.

    I have read that Clen increases your metabolic rate by 10% so how is it not going to work at all if i`m going to eat the same way?

    This is great advice ^^

    All you have to do is change up your diet, increase your training and design a cardio program this will increase your metabolic rate, concentrate on this and you will be very pleased, forget clen. Best of luck

    because it's not just how much you eat but the foods you are as well. Cornflakes and cereals in general contain tons of sugar, so when you eat them your body senses a glycogen spike and releases insulin , which causes any fat and glycogen in your bloodstream to go into cell(fat and muscle), when that happens what is the clen going to burn for energy?

    clen can only work if your diet allows it too and i'm sorry bro but cornflakes and sandwiches aren't gonna cut it(forgive the pun)

    change the diet, keep training hard and look into either clen or t3 or clen and t3 together, that will definitely cut you up.
