    cycle help

    Hi just need some help on a cutting cycle. Diet is good. i'm 6'2 210 looking to start some sort of good lean cutting cutting cycle. this will be my 6th cycle. I'm not worried about price and i can get anything. looking to drop some weight and cut up. i'm 31 years old. I'm not worried about pinning my self. So please i would like some info thanks guys...

    31 years old i'm guessing bf is 15% thats a guess test sus and d-bol most of all my cycles have done 500mg test 40 mg. d-bol did test and a-bomb also did not like a-bomb also did a cycle of test deca and d-bol. looking to really cut up and loose some weight and bf any info thanks

    Well the main thing to any cutting program is diet and cardio not so much adding in drugs or the drugs them selves. You can cut and bulk on practically any compound just seems some drugs are better for different goals but with out the diet and cardio dialed in you'll just be wasting time.

    Diet fish chicken brown rice fruit i do mma 6 days a week 3 hrs each day. lift 4 times a week. i want to get stronger and gain no size or as little as i can. was thinking of test winny and something else any ideas

    We could help you much better if we had more information about your diet: quantities, meal timing, etc.

    730am Oatmeal

    9.00 almonds

    11.00 1 can of tuna Protein shake

    12.30 apple

    3.30 baked fish of chicken with brown rice


    5.30 Protein shake 4 eggs

    ^well there's your problem.

    You barely have 150g of protein a day, almost no carbs, and very little EFAs.

    Start a thread in the diet forum, you'll be happy you did
