Hey guys, im 26, 5 11, 190lbs. i usually consume about 3000-3500 calories a day. i would like to gain maybe 10 lbs but i want to cut up. i work out 5 times a week. before any lifting i walk 5 min then run at 8mph for 15 then walk another 5 to cool down. then i hit the wts. my diet is usually clean i cheat here and there esp cause of superbowl. But i want a diet that is realistic i was to look good and be happy when i eat not miserable and beautiful. sorry of that sounds dumb. i wanted to use winni, i used it in the past but i want to do it right and you all are the only way i will be able to do it right. I would like to know what to take it with and what pct to use. i notice only pills have been around. well please send me your thoughts and all or any post are helpful. thanks
