If I were to use 100mg of test propionate every third day would I suppress estrogen better using 1mg of arimadex a day or combining 20mg of nolvadex and 25mg of proviron a day ?

First, test prop is to be shot ed or eod, not e3d.
Second, 1mg of adex ed will be way too much, no need in that way especially with a short ester.
Third, 20 mg of nolva + 25 mg of proviron are not the same thing as arimidex, a SERM is something, an AI is something else and proviron in neither of them (testosterone derived).

With liquidex you could go with .25 mg eod to start with. Also how long are you going to be on a test prop cycle? Are you going to do a full pct with clomid and nolva.

These days I like the AI's better but the NOLVA/PROVIRON combo will work.
