Need Help with cycle...

I am 33 180 pounds...This will be my second cycle...last one was over 6 months ago...I am getting Test 350 and winstrol..I know i have to take the test once a week...do i take winstrol daily? and how much...I was thinking of takin 2cc of the test, what opinions do you guys have on that....any help would be great....thanks...oh and is there anything else i should take with this cycle

i am 5'11...i would say body fat is 12...i was just taking cypionate 200...I am sorry i am very new and inexperienced and not sure what PCT is

pct is post cycle therapy. It's used to restore your natural test production after a cycle, unless you are on TRT.

I suggest you start reading in the pct forum and keep asking questions until you're much more educated on AAS.

if your not sure what PCT is your not ready for any more AAS. You need to do a lot more research.

I did some research on PCT and i was thinking of taking nolvadex

keep reading. Nolvadex is not enough. You can really screw yourself up for a long time if you skimp on the pct.
