First cycle- test enanthate + dbol
This will be my first cycle and will be for 10 weeks.
I will be starting on a Monday. I workout on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday taking Thursday and Sunday off.
I will be taking 30mg of dbol (blue hearts) on workout days and 25mg on my 2 non-workout days for 5 weeks,
and 500mg of test enanthate a week for 10 weeks, Injected in the glute with 1ml Monday morning and 1ml Thursday night switching sides with every injection.
I will be also be taking Competitive Edge Labs-cycle assist at the recommended dose of 2 servings per day 8-12 hours apart for the full 10 weeks
Pct will be for 3 weeks and will start 2 weeks after my last injection and will look like this:
Day 1: 300mg clomid + 100mg nolvadex
Next 10 days: 100mg clomid + 60mg nolvadex
Following 10 days: 50mg clomid + 40mg nolvadex
Just a couple of questions..
Does the dbol have to be taken with meals?
What’s the best way to split the dbol dosage? Can it be taken in 5mg doses?
I was thinking something like this..
Workout days(30mg): 10mg in the morning with breakfast about 2 hours before my workout, then 10mg 4.5 hours later and another 10mg 4.5 hours after that.
Or should I take 15mg in the morning before workout, then 10mg then 5mg 4.5 hours apart.
Non-workout days(25mg): 10mg with breakfast then another 10mg 4.5 hours later and 5mg 4.5 hours after that
If it can be taken in 5mg doses I could split it 4 times per day instead of 3 if that would be better?
I was also thinking about taking 20mg of nolvadex everyday during my cycle?
Does this look good is there anything I should change?

about 5.5" to 5.6"
163 lbs
not sure on body fat i think its around 12% im pretty lean

first off I'd say your to young and should use your natty test levels and proper diet at your age for growth. You have no mention of your diet routine whats it look like I would have to assume not that good @ 163 lbs IMHO

my diet is good. i have about 7 meals a day including protein shakes
i eat every 2 - 2.5 hours a lot of protein and carbs and some fats too
I may not weigh a lot but i have a lot of muscle
im short as shit and have small bones before i started gym i was a twig
im also pretty lean
a lot of people already think im on steroids and dont believe me when i say im not

The cycle looks pretty standard fare for a first cycle. Maybe a little long on the DBol . I would say you need to incorporate some liver protection into the cycle, though. I've never had any trouble taking DBol without eating. Some people complain that it upsets their stomach, though.

I think pct dosing is a little out of wack more standard pct would be
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20

should i drop the dbol to 4 weeks instead of 5?
i have cycle assist which says it helps provide liver, blood pressure, cholesterol, prostate and acne support. it has milk thistle and some other ingredients

why are you lowering dbol on non workout days wouldnt you achieve more consistant blood levels running the same dose everyday

Just my 2 cents here...
Run the dbol for 4 weeks at the same dose. Dont change for workout/non-workout days. The test e plan is pretty standard.
I would assume that cycle assist is like life support by annabolic innovations. I has all the support for liver, chol, bp, prost, etc. Good idea here cause dbol is a tough one. Do you have anything in case of gyno? This needs to be lookied into
Pct should by ran for 4 weeks. Not worth any chances. You need to get those natural test #'s back to normal.
Last but not least,
AT YOUR AGE AND HEIGHT YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF GETTING YOURSELF INTO A NICE LEAN/BULKING DIET AND TRAIN HEAVY!
ITS NOT WORTH SCREWING YOURSELF UP IN THE LONG RUN.
NOW IF YOU WERE IN YOUR 30'S ( LIKE ME ) ID SAY GO FOR IT! BELIEVE ME, YOU DO NOT WANT TO EXPERIENCE LOW LIBIDO, ED, ETC AT YOUR AGE...
SORRY IF THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO HEAR BUT I DONT WANT YOU TO TELL US HERE THAT WE TOLD YOU SO.....

yes the cycle assist is very similar to life support. i should run this for the full 10 weeks right?
i have extra nolvadex on hand incase of gyno
i was thinking of running at 20mg ED while on cycle if that would help?
ill run pct for 4 weeks starting 2 weeks after my last injection
Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg
rest of week 1 - clomid 100mg + nolva dex 40mg
week 2 - clomid 50mg + nolvadex 20mg
week 3 - clomid 50mg + nolvadex 20mg
week 4 - clomid 50mg + nolvadex 20mg
i read to dose day 1 like that incase angrogen levels are still a little high?

This comment scares me! "my diet is good. i have about 7 meals a day including protein shakes" Whenever i see this its usually saying my diet is NOT that good. Post up your diet and lets have a look,why not its free advice!!...TOP

Why are people giving cycle advice?
Gain at least another 7 pounds and get to 170...
Then come back onto the forum and consider doing a cycle of only Test(save the dbol for your second cycle)
You will be 24 by then 170 is a solid weight for your size and research test enth/prop/cyp, proper PCT and diet in the mean time.
You are on the right track at the moment, use what youve learned to motivate you more.... al imo

diet looks roughly like this.
1) oats, egg whites and eggs 30g whey isolate
2) pwo shake- 50g whey isolate, about 70g dextrose
3) 1 cup basmati rice, 250-300g chicken breast
4) pasta, 200-250g chicken breast
5) 200grams tuna
6) 300g steak
7) 30g whey + 30gcasien + 2tbl spoons peanut butter
its sometimes a little different because i sometimes eat salmon and cottage cheese. but it roughly looks like this
i also take fish oil, flaxeed oil and a multi vitamin

Your diet is pretty good for someone your size,
If you keep with this, you will gain some more size over the next couple months naturally.
Some will complain that you are substituting with too many protien shakes,
however 30g of protien is 30g of protein any way you look at it

How does this correlate with your TDEE? You say oats,i want to know the amounts,calorie breakdown. I would toss the dextrose.How much pasta?Whats the point in the whey isolate along with theegg whites in the first meal? Whats the quantity of fish oil? Thats calories also...TOP

^ Its still not satisfactory. I need macro breakdown of everything you are putting in your mouth. I still have no clue how many egg whites.
Post like this
meal #1. 1.5 cups oats=81 carbs x amounts of protein x amount of fat
x amount of egg whites= x amount of protein etc........
meal #2etc...
etc....
total calories=x
total pro=x
total fatx
etc
If you cant do this you dont need to have gear in your house PERIOD!!!
