Aas & the heart
What is the safest/best steroid only concerning the heart. The only reason I ask is because their is a history of heart disease in my family. And so far i'm 24 now and I have been able to avoid any HBP, or high cholesterol because I keep myself active and fit. So I would let to keep my cycles as heart friendly as possible.Any help would be apperciated.

All AAS will increase your RBC count and will increase strain on the heart
It's up to you to weight up your benefit to risk ratio of your particular scenario

Maybe someone who knows more than I can chime in here, but there is definitely an inconclusive link between AAS and enlarged heart. You hear about football players dying of this every so often, but no one really mentions steroids as the possible culprit. I suspect it may be a contributing factor... also see Eddie Guerrero and Umaga as just a few examples of pro-wrestlers who died in their 30s of heart attacks... it seems strange.
Granted, those guys did tremendous amounts of AAS and were probably on cycle pretty much constantly. I don't think a cycle or two will do a lot of damage, but I am not a doctor by any means, so take that with a grain of salt.
