Test Question!!!!

Can Test be taken by itself like once a month without a break? A co worker of mine started taking Test once a month like four months ago. He says it's not a cycle because he's only using Test once a month and not once a week for a number of weeks. He says he takes 1000mgs Sustanon 250 once a month and at the beginning of the month along with 20 mgs of Nolvadex every other day. Im curious to know is this a common choice of users of Test?

He would be better off splitting that 1gram dose over the 4 weeks with SUST.

He say's something about it's better to take 1000mgs of Test at the beginning of each month rather than split them up through out the month or through out a cycle. It sounded kind of crazy to me. I'm no where near a AS expert but isn't this a lil crazy and dangerous?
