HGH Test Anavar stack
Hey guys thanks to everyone who has helped me so far. I did a bit more reading on this forum and came up with a slightly different stack than my original plan.
What do you guys think about this for a first time ever AAS stack:
And I chose anavar because I dont want to get huge, and I read it is slightly better for cutting than tbol or dbol .

I've read like 3 of your threads, and I can't keep them straight, lol.
but I think overall your plan is fine; pct looks solid.
I would only lower the adex dose, if needed. .25mg EOD is a good starting point.

Oh I forgot to mention that I will be taking Liv52 to help my liver out. Any Idea how much I should take considering I will be taking 60mgs of anavar ed for 8 weeks? And should I stop taking the Liv52 once I stop the anavar or does it help to take it regardless of what the cycle is.

Yeah, The more I read the more I refine what I would like to do. The plan with the hgh is because I am getting older and I have low natural gh levels. I also read that as long as you can afford it, hgh is very good no matter what you stack it with or even if you use it on its own.
I figure 5iu is a nice moderate dose and I can easily afford it and since I know two people who use it on its own and are shredded and eat a really unclean diet, I know firsthand that it can help.
Please keep in mind this is all new to me. I have been on hgh for a month now and before that I never took anything I was all natty. So originally I planned on simply doing hgh and only hgh.
But the more I read and the more research I read and watched clips of. The more I realized that aas's have been really villanized and its not all doom and gloom if you take it responsibly.
Hence the new thread and why you are confused, and rightfully so , because I really changed my plans as I became more educated. I just watched a documentary about aas called bigger stronger...something. and it was really good.
sorry im going off topic.
bottom line is i am finetuning what i feel is the best cycle for me and my goals and i am doing my homework and with you guys backing me up and giving me feedback like you do, i am reallllly becoming educated and aware of what the best path is.

Hey as I said before I am doing a lot of reading all the time on this stuff.
Here is a question, is it possible to run two orals , one for the first half of a cycle and the other the second half. for instance take a look at this:

Shameless bump before it falls off the first page. Im a bit over one month on hgh so id like to start my first aas cycle soon. as soon as i iron out the cycle in the post above this i can order the stuff.

I have a question.
I am a 40 year old male.
I am 5'8" tall and weigh 220lbs.
I would guess that I'm around 35% or so.
I have given myself 10 mos. to get "back in shape".
I used to be a multisport athlete in my younger days.
I have had numerous injuries and a very serious car accident that has limited my ability to do cardio.
What combination of supplements and or steroids would you guys suggest I try to reach my goal?
I cannot do injections, so please keep that in mind.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not being able to do cardio is going to really make it difficult. What about low impact cardio like swimming? Btw ur best bet is to create ur own thread for this

ok been a bit since ive been vocal on here
got my gear today, three days earlier than planned.
i have 23 gauge 1 1/2 inch pins.
so tomorrow is day one.
gonna take 250mg of test cyp
and 25 of the proviraplex
i will be running .25 or arimiplex eod starting tomorrow as well
im not sure if i should take my first pin of hcg tomorrow as well since i will be running that twice a week, or if i should wait til monday
im excited
btw, its funny how i keep reading the conversion of ml to mg for my test injection
its 10ml
200mg/1ml
so if i want 250 mg i take out 2.5 ml/2.5 cc
im almost positive this is correct but its funny how you second guess it when its go time

You have a 10cc/10 ml vial that is 200 mg/ml or cc
take 1.25 cc to get 250 mg

so i did my first shot today, in the thigh. 23g 1 1/2 inch pin. it hurt but not really that much. not even close to what i was expecting. i went a bit further than the 1 inch mark when pushing to get the test out. no biggie though all in all it was a piece of cake. gotta say one thing though. damn it took a bit to fill the syringe with the test. you have to remember that up until now i have used hgh so getting that out of the vial is like ZIIIIIPPPPP pretty quick. its just water. but the oil lol. man i was like...COME ONNNNNNNN haahhah it just took its good old time.
it made me laugh
so today is my first day
i also took pictures today front and back so i can compare later on in the cycle
im so excited.

quick update
day five of my cycle. second test cyp shot. this shot was completely and utterly painless. it went in smooth as can be in my left thigh and the only sensation i felt is a slight burn when i injected. the hardest part was actually aspirating because i was stretching the skin with one hand and trying to pull the plunger with the other. but it was no big issue.
so far i feel great. obviously i dont have any huge gains but i have very little soreness in my thighs from the shots.
my knees were a bit achey yesterday but i dont know exactly what from. i do feel a bit sour in the stomach in the a.m. but i attribute that to the milk thistle or proviron .
i am keeping a log of all my lifting weights during my dc training and cant wait to see the difference by the end of my cycle.
i will keep everyone posted. and if my results are really noticeable i will post before and after pictures.
also, on a side note. someone on another forum mentioned that the proviron was a waste and that it isnt really useful with test. i thought i read that it was actually good with test and had a good synergy. anyone have any thoughts on this?

ohhhh i did have two questions. reconstituting my hcg . it came in two glass vials. do i just snap the tops off and then draw the liquid and reconstitute the powder and then draw it back up? and then....put it into a used hgh vial or something?
this is how i figured id do it, but i figured i could just use some bac water since i have a TON of it.
i havent needed the hcg yet but i am preparing for when i do.
also, i am pretty sure i already had gyno before starting my cycle. i am taking amiridex eod. what do you guys suggest that i can take while on cycle to clear the gyno up? i had my chest ultrasounded by my doc and he said its just extra tissue so nothing to be worried about other than how it looks. thanksLast edited by russiandave; 03-29-2010 at 02:08 PM.

Ok first week thoughts.
Injections. I find them relatively easy to do. No real pain but i have to admit my leg is pretty sore for about two days after each one. Nothing major I just put ice on it and keep on with my workouts.
Luckily after one week no real acne issues. My poor balls did Shrink so two days ago I did my first sub q injection of 250 hcg . I have another one to do tomorrow.
Proviron . On another forum people were telling me it's a waste of money for my stack. I read good things about it with test so I'm going to continue to use it as planned.
After almost three months of hgh usage I have to say that pinning six days a week is pretty an cumbersumb but I haven't felt this good since I was a late teen.
Other than this I have nothing of substance to report. I still am eating clean and working out hard. In a month or so I hope to feel the difference.

Also I have a heavy sense of happiness right now. At the gym I finally feel like all my hard work is paying off like when I lifted as a late teen.
Earlier today as I did my cardio and core workout I said to myself that I believe steroids are now going to be part of my lifestyle. I am going to cycle on and off for the rest of my life.

End of week two
I am definitely gaining mass. I can't say that this is due to the cycle but I am already starting to see results for sure. At work I have had two people say that I look thicker and one guy at the gym asked me what routine I am doing lol.
I have to say that I think that this is more due to me working out 6 days a week religiously and eating a TON of protein. Much more than I was eating before cycle.
I also am seeing some slight weight loss as far as fat goes. This only my second week of my AAS cycle, BUT this is my third month of my HGH usage. I cant be sure if it is kicking in now but it may be.
I have to say that when I do my cardio days, I double it with a core routine. I do 45 mins on the treadmill and before cycle it would be sort of a chore. But now I literally breeze through it. And when I am done I still have energy to burn.
I am taking pictures at the beginning of each new week of the cycle. so far three pictures and i cant wait to see the end result.
i am going skydiving for my second time this weekend. it will be a welcome escape from all the hot weather, hard work, and bills lol.

the var will be 80 ed for the last 8 weeks of my cycle. that wont be for another two weeks. { i was thinking about doing 60 ed and that it was actually just as good but since i have enough for 80 ed ill just do that...or i could do 60 ed for 9 weeks.} any thoughts on this?
heres a quick question. do the same principles of working out still remain true when on cycle. meaning heavier weight less reps = mass , lighter weight more reps = cut...but more enhanced since im on aas

nothing new to really talk about here. my fiance and i went to the mountains this weekend and went skydiving for the second time. it was pretty fun but not as much of a rush as the first time a few months ago.
i do have to say that my test cyp crashed. it was my own fault i had it in the fridge. anyway. i brought it back to life but it keeps crashing. i guess ill just keep bringing it back to life to inject and hope that if it does crystalize in my leg that its not toooo painful.
as long as it is still potent i dont care too much.
other than that. i ate like shit this weekend and definitely am paying for it during my cardio days. my workouts are going great and i feel great after i am done them.
i cant wait for another week and a half so i can add my anavar to the mix. i cant wait to see its power.

End of day 28.
So far I am around the same weight but I have definitely gained mass and lost fat.
I have been using 250mg hcg twice a week and my balls are still about 40 percent decreased. I also am using .5 arimidex eod instead of .25.
I added Hawthorne berry and glucosamine to my supps.
Tomorrow is my first day using anavar . 80mg Ed. Figure twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night...or is midday better?
So all in all four weeks down and I'm feeling great and IMO making good progress that I will be able to maintain.
My week routine is sort of a hybrid dc training
Monday upper body
tues legs and bi's
wed core and 45min cardio
thurs upper
fri legs
sat core and cardio.
Depending on how I'm looking at my 8 week mark I may increase my cardio or add another day of it.

Ok I did have three things that I wanted to run by the members here who are following my progress.
First. How much truth is there in the belief that when you inject 500mg of test that you really are only dosing about 375 because the vial does not consist of strictly testosterone . The suspension agent or whatever else they mix with it actually takes away from the total amount of test.
Secondly. If there is truth to this theory, would it be ok for me to bump up my dosage from 500 ew to 750 ew. I am a month into my cycle.
Lastly. I am taking testosterone cyp. A longer ester. I am also on anavar . 80mg Ed.
Now from what I've read we don't do pct until two weeks after my last test shot. I am assuming due to the long ester allowing it to still feed me test during those two weeks. Now anavar has a nine hour halflife. Is it possible to continue to take the anavar for another week after my last test shot. Giving it a full week to leave dissipate before my pct.
If so my an is to go from a 12 week test cycle of 500 test ew and 8 weeks 80var Ed , to 14 weeks 750 test and 9weeks 60var Ed.
Any thoughts are appreciated as usual.

ok so a semi quick update
i will be bumping my 12 wk cycle to a 14 wk cycle
i will also be upping my weekly test from 500 to 750.
i will be changing my anavar dosage from 80mg ed for 8 weeks to 60mg ed for 10 weeks
i will be running my var an extra week and a half after i stop my last test injection. if it has a 9 hour halflife im thinking a half of a week off of it will be enough time before i start my pct.
other thoughts so far.
im loving my cycle. i have definitely cut fat and am gaining mass. my girl complains about sleeping on me now because i am getting too solid. ive also gained some lean mass for sure. the funny thing is my start weight was 251 and my current weight is 252.5.
i do have one regret. taking hgh for the first time and then starting an aas cycle just as the hgh was kicking in sort of made it hard to see what hgh would do to my body on its own. i really dont know what the hgh is contributing to my test var cycle.
im done my first month of the test cyp and imo it finally kicked in about four days ago. i can just feel it. i can feel the power and see the results a bit more.
my diet has been clean and i have been eating as much protein as possible. i allow sundays to be my cheat day and i have pizza and ice cream with my family.
ive also implemented nizoral shampoo starting a week and a half ago. twice a week.
im going to post a before picture and a progress picture within the next few days.

Ok guys it's been a while since I've updated this thread. I figured I'd wait a bit so I actually had something to report lol.
Ok so I made a few changes in my cycle plan. Firstly I bumped from 500 test a week to 750mg. Also I stopped taking hcg as I simply do not need it right now.
I also added 4000mg taurine a day split into two doses to ward off the var backpumps. The good thing is after six days I stopped getting the backpumps so I discontinued the taurine. I will take it again if the pumps return.
Tomorrow starts week 8 of my 14 week cycle so today is officially my halfway mark. I have shed fat and gained some mass for sure.
Here are my Initial thoughts on my first cycle so far. Firstly I love it. That being said for my next cycle I believe I will take tbol or something in the beginning. The reason I feel this way is it took about four weeks for the test to kick in and once it did man did I love the feeling and the results. So to wait four weeks for it to kick in sorta sucks now that i see how much different once the steroids are effectively working in my body.
I feel like I am still working heavily off of the test and the var is just now kicking in. I'm extremely excited to feel it with the test in the upcoming month or so.
Another thought I still have is the fact that I simply don't know what effect the hgh is having on my body. I can't tell what is the test and var and what if anything is the hgh.
I suppose once my cycle is over I will be able to tell because I have another six month supply of hgh to continue to run.
Not sure if I mentioned it but I use nizoral shampoo twice a week to in theory ward off hair loss while on cycle. So far so good.
Daily supplements are:
hawthorne berry
milk thistle
liv 52
niacin
glucosamine
fish oil
also:
proviron
hgh
arimidex eod

I have to say that I feel damn good. I feel like I am in highschool again. Actually seeing results for all the hard work at the gym and sacrifices in the kitchen.
I have to say I am lucky and really haven't encountered any real sides.
I plan on posting before and after pictures when my cycle is over but I may post pics tomorrow of before and midcycle and add the final one at the end.
As my cycle progresses I am trying to stay organic and go with the flow. As I am getting bigger I am starting to troubleshoot muscles and areas that I feel need more attention.
I weigh around 250pds and I have to honestly say that trying to get 400-500grams of protein per day is pretty hard for me since I am training myself to eat in a new way that I am not accustomed too. I enjoy the challenge.
I'll keep you all updated and feel free to ask questions

Ok here are some before and mid cycle pictures. The first set are obviously my front before cycle and midcycle and then the same for my back. I should really get some pictures with my legs in them. I will post them at the end of my cycle.
So far I am happy with the results. I have put on some mass and have slimmed down as well. I am halfway there to reaching my goal. {then keep working out, then another cycle after the proper time off to let my body recover. I cant lie, I am addicted}
I forgot to weigh myself this morning but the last time I did I was around 253 pounds. Funny thing is I started out this cycle at 251.5 pounds. Ill weigh myself tomorrow morning and update it.Last edited by russiandave; 07-24-2010 at 10:19 PM.

It took a while for the test to kick in but now that it has I can feel the momentum. It's a physical and mental snowball and it's rolling and growing harder every day. I have no doubt that my pictures at the end of my cycle will be great in comparison to my precycle pictures.
