Tips on what to do
i recently posted that i wanted to take oral winstrol cycle. I was informed that being 23 was still to young to be doing this. the problem is i feel my body has plateaued. Meaning i have stopped losing weight and i have stopped gaining weight no matter how hard i work out, including strenght (none). so instead of Winstrol would you reccomend something that would be ok for a 23 year old to take and get cut. i am not trying to bulk just harden my muscles more and get some strenght.
any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you.
PS. I also dont need a million people still saying im to young, i know this i am just looking to see if there is something that can be "safe" for me to take while my body is still developing but plateaued. I have plateaued for about six months now. No increases or decreases.Last edited by Fio; 02-10-2010 at 09:00 PM.

Done the ECA stack and lost a good amount of weight on it but it just doesnt give me the hard ripped look of muscle i want that is why I was turning towards winstrol . Also I have tryed all the legal things like creatine and nitric oxide but they just add water for a bloated feeling. Also clen for a little but the adrenaline rush was intense but didnt make me lose weight. And as of now my diet is average with high protein and low carbs with cardio 3-4 times a week.

What's your height/weight (and bf % if you know it, or close estimate), total calories you're taking each day. Unless you're massive, you're doing something wrong with diet/training and that's what needs to be adjusted. (Not saying don't do this, don't do that, but this is the problem that needs to be addressed.)
You say you don't have the hard ripped look of muscle that you want. Do you have visible abs then?
