when they say cap's it means capsules, if you've taken antibiotics in pill form you probably would have took capules, same with o mega 3 fatty acids those are in a capsule

Those are liquid gelcaps. Still a capsule, but they will not melt when filled with oil (unlike regular capsules).

No, it isn't. A tablet is formed in a press and includes binders and fillers.
A capsule is powder encased in two interlocking pieces of gelatin.

Tabs are usually pharmaceutical grade. UG labs usually do not have access to purchase a press to create tabs. Not only are they super expensive but their sales are strictly regulated and controlled. You cannot purchase one without being on a government approved list. Capping equipment on the other hand is easily available which is why nearly all UG oral gear is capped. If you trust your source you shouldn't have to worry about caps. The only advantage to tabs vs caps that I can see is that tabs can be cut if you want to split the dose. Caps can't be split up and still maintain accurate dosage

Thanks for breaking it down for me. I'm hoping the caps are low mgs so twice daily dosing would work. Like you mentioned with tabs, they can be cut if needed.
    Thanks again, great post polska!!

Liquid orals beat both. You can take exactly as much as you like.

Liquids degrade much faster than tabs though.

Just don't brew/buy more than you can use in the next year or two.
