    are you supposed to swallow or chew orals?

    like dbol , drol, tbol, var, winny, etc. Do you just take them like pills or chew on them?

    I chew all my orals because I can't swallow pills..... never have any problems......


    I actually searched this a little while ago and found that lots of guys chew them up even if they don't need to.

    Those are frickin horrible..... but I break them open. I really try to avoid capsules..... they contain a lot of fillers that taste SO SO BAD lol!

    dam Haz I can swallow up to 15 capsules in one sip of water (serious). When I am not feeling well, I load up on vitamins like crazy and just down them all in one shot. It's pretty easy when you get the hang of it

    Yeah I guess..... I try every now and then..... never can.

    I can swallow a huge hunk of flank steak..... put an asprin in my mouth and I'll gag till I puke. I use liquid vitamins with amino acids, I chew my orals, and if need be..... break open capsules.

    You can do either. Out of habit I always tend to crush mine a bit then swallow but it doeant matter. Some makers of the old harder pressed tabs suggested crushing before swallowing.

    Alpha I have heard it mentioned that HG orals are usually coated UGL are not so chew the UGL and can swallow HG I dont know how true this is but what the hell give it a shot. I do know this much sometimes UGL orals will upset my stomach more if I just swallow them without chewing them/

    yea I have UGL anavar I plan on running next cycle at the end. i guess i'll try to chew unless it tastes like ass. Does it really affect gains though?

    better absorption if you let them dissolve under your tongue, if you really want a kick in the ass, pop a couple dbols 40 min-1hr before the gym, put them under your tongue along with some UNCOATED aspirin. The aspirin helps them absorb even faster, then go in the gym like the ****ing Terminator, your welcome
