Problem 1:
Bodyfat is way WAY to high,
I dont know what 12 stones is but 3 of those stones are pure FAT

you will develop breats if you run a cycle,

You will have to explore another option then test, sust and dianabol

i mean my weight is 12 stone,not sure what that is in kg,i work offshore and am in good shape,but was looking to get toned and ripped up,was looking to take a cycle and was wondering what the best way to take what i have,i did take before about 15yrs ago,but am not educated on it now,i have been told to take 3 tablets a day,and take 1 mill of tess mixed with one mill of sust twice a week,do you think this is a good idea,thanks

Is your body fat 25%?

One stone is 14lbs, so you weigh 168lbs.

At this point, I wouldn't recommend any cycles for you.

Your best bet is to cut that body fat naturally with diet and cardio,

and in the meantime take advantage of this site and start researching everything you need to know about AAS use, including pct, diet, training, etc.

im not sure,my ideal weight for size is 12 stone,which i am,but have it in the waist,which comes and goes,when i diet i can lose it in 4 weeks,am not surer my bf,sorry
