You work out 5 hours per day? That is seriously over training my friend.

5 hours a day? That's hard to believe. I mean, I've never even heard of that. Do you mean you are working out continuously for 5 hours either weight training with only 3 minute breaks between sets or else doing high intensity cardio? Or do you mean you are one of those dudes we see at the gym who seems to just hang out there all day everyday doing nothing? No offense, but I suspect the latter.

If you really are working out for 5 hours a day (which I doubt) then you are seriously overtraining and no wonder you are not seeing any gains.

2 hrs a day. 1 hour too many.... As a professional trainer for years, the one thing i know for sure is that the body responds a lot better to the philosophy of "less is more".
You do not need to lift for 2 hours. Cut out the chatting at the gym, get in there and work hard for an hour and rest, eat, rest and you will gain and grow..

Now on the other hand if you are training for the Olympics I could see it, but your not..

Go straight to the diet forums buddy lets work on your diet first thing.. you don't have to take any of the stuff because yeah.. you will end up with tits and still be fat.. we gotta determine your stats and other important factors.. u don't have to overtrain to lose fat and build muscle... I will see you on the diet forums
