Burst Cycle Compounds

Paul made reference to using Deca (Durabolin) in his interview for a burst cycle. The Decanoate ester is a long one and if I recall, he said to use for the first 10 days then stop.

Things have progressed since and perhaps NPP is a better choice.

What other compounds are recommended?

I would just stick to test prop, test suspension and tren ace, tren suspension.

what specifically are you referring to? your question is a bit vague; every compound has its place, some more then other though. its best to know what the goal is to recommend compounds though for any cycle.

Recently there has been talk of short burst 30 day cycles as per Paul Borreson (sp). 30 days at "high" doses.

Am having trouble acquiring his books and am wanting more info on the subject.

Many of Paul's views are out of date now but the basic principles are still there, when he advised deca in a short burst cycle it was mainly for therapeutic relief due to the training he had you going through, if you ever seen this guy train you would understand what I am talking about, so the deca wasn't for any kind of building so to speak. He was also very extreme in everything he did and things did move on quickly.

You can also use long ester's in a short burst cycle if your advance enough by this I mean usual when using a long ester in a short cycle you would use it up and till 2 weeks from the end at large dosages then you would start on a short ester until PCT, again you would have to use large dosages and many are not ready for that so short ester would be far better IMHO.

When your planning a short burst cycle you need to look back over your cycle history and work with compounds what you have responded well to, you also dont need various compounds one or two will be fine if the cycle is designed right and you have created the growth window pre-cycle by priming the body correctly.
