Cutting cycle??????
Hey fellas im around 14% body fat. need to do a cutting cycle
Ht: 5'.75"
wt 160lbs Bulked to 182 lbs
BF around 13.5 to 14 %
Age: 26
im gonna be using clen , T3 and test prop (possibly winstrol )
please post a decent cycle using these compounds. please be specific with dosages and how to come off safely. my goal is to be around 6-7% BF (while retaining most of my muscle mass).

Why dont you do some research and then post your cutting cycle for us to take a look.

1 25mg/day

So 3 weeks on T3 as mentioned above then 3 weeks on clen at 60 mcg
alongside with prop @ 100 mgs EOD + winstrol @ 50mgs/day (weeks 1-4)
Net Cycle = 6 weeks (1-3 week on T3) + (3-6 week on Clen) alongside with test prop (weeks 1-6)+ wintrol (wk1-4)Last edited by brnxbomers; 02-13-2010 at 03:21 AM.

If you truly are 14% bf, I think it's highly unlikely that you'll cut to 6-7% in 6 weeks, while retaining muscle.
I do think you can cut to 10% or just under, with this cycle, depending on your diet/cardio,
but I would do it like this:
prop 100mg/EOD 1-8
Winny 100mg/ED 5-8
T3 is optional. The way you have it set up is fine, I just don't think you'll need it. But that's your call.

does winny actually burn fat. from what i read up it says "cuts u like hard rocks"? will it actually help get rid of the adipose to reveal my abs or is it just a hardening agent???
as far as PCT: its gonna be Nolva+Clomid

Your better off to run Clen 2 weeks on 2 Weeks off for the 8 weeks than to run 3 weeks strait, as it will be ineffective after 2 weeks unless its supplemented with something else to keep its effects from being metabolized by the body. Also clen run strait at 60mcgs wont do a lot, it should be started low like 20-40mcgs and built up over the 2 weeks. Diet will determine more of how much bf% you lose.
