I got into a big discussion tonight at work and it was a pretty solid 50/50 split. What do you guys think is better for fat burning in a mid section. It happened to be about me so to give you an idea of the discussion I am 9% body fat on a 3 point and 11% on a 7 point caliper test. I carry most of my fat in my mid section with little to non any where else.
Half the group said 4 IU a day for 9 months while the rest said run anavar. (they were split on dosage too, some said 50 mg a day up to 100 mg).
This isn't asking for what cycle I should take, just what you experienced guys think of the two yields the best for shredding/fat burning.
