Just finishing up my first cycle now and i am getting antsy to prepare my next cycle. for my 1st one i did 10 wk of 500mgs sus wk and dbol 20/20/30 with some extra test prop my friend had mixed into week 5-7. It yielded 30 lbs. here is what im thinking for my next cycle... I would like to add strength as my overall goal.
12 wk cycle
Dbol wk 1-3 20/30/40
Test E 250mg 2x wk wks 1-12
Tren A 100mgs eod wks 4-10
probably run nolva and clomid for PCT.
Age: 22
Height: 6'02
Weight: 230 > prolly be down to 215
Bf: 15%
