You need to take a good diet and lots of cardio. They are not miracle workers. And will not melt that butter away.

will be 5 x a week 30min too much cardio am time?

For us to better help you stats are definitely needed... BF% extremely important when you are talking about trimming down.
Still though. Diet and Cardio is the best thing for trimming unwanted fat. If drugs did all the work i think we all would be steroid junkies and we wouldn't be the most obese country.

Stats aren't bad at all.... Why are you trying to cut lower?
Especially with a name of zero fat boy.... I am extremely confused...
But if your on a low carb diet. and diet is good. then diet and cardio should get you where you want to be. whats your goal weight?
