Hey all, been reading a ton of topics here for the past few months and also have been talking with a fellow gym member about starting a cycle. So let me start with the basics, my stats are.....
Age 29
Height 5'11
Weight 185
BF 12%
Cycle experience n/a
Diet high protein low carbs low fat
Training 2 years, first 6 months all cardio, past 18 all lifting with 5 min cardio warmup. 5 days a week 1-1.5hrs focusing on seperate body parts per day.
PCT Nolva, clomid
So a little back story here since it's my main reason for posting. I had gastric bypass surgery 2 years ago, lost over 150lbs. I was very happy at first but once the weight was gone a I started to feel just as bad about my body as I did pre-op. So I starting hitting the gym, adjusted my diet, tried every possible "stack" I could string together from crap at GNC. After over a year of heavy weight training and diet adjustments I got some nice cuts and tone but only put on about 10lbs of muscle. I def feel better about myself now but I would like a little more (25-30lbs). So my biggest question is there anything I should know about starting a cycle after gastric bypass? Anything I should be more cautious about? The cycle I am most likely going to take is the following....
Test-E 500mg a week for 12 weeks (250mg 2x a week)
Dbol weeks 1-4 40mg/day
PCT mixture of Nolva and clomid
Pretty much the cycle posted for beginners by Phate (great post, thanks!!) So hopefully this is a good start, look forward to any/all positive & informative feedback. Also look forward to being an active part of the community. Also i'm still in my research stages of this, as long as my blood work comes in good I plan to start toward the middle of March.
