High resting pulse a month and a half after prop/mast/npp cycle?????

My pulse is still resting around 100bpm give or take a few.

It's been a month and a half since my last shot of prop/mast/npp.

A couple weeks into the cycle my bp and pulse went up. My bp has gone down a little but pusle is the same.

I've bee. Taking hawthorn berry and garlic but no dice.

Any ideas ??? Neve had this problem even whe. I wasn't
lifting or doing cardio.

how much cardio have u been doing recently?

i find that if i haven't done cardio for say 4+ weeks, my resting pulse & BP is 83bpm 115/78, within 5 days of starting to do 45mins every morning its down to 65bpm 105/70.
