    follistatin, better than blocking myostatin

    research on mice shows that current myostatin blockers were not as effective at building mass as follistatin injections and apparently with potential anti aging benefits, bone and joint health benefits..

    preventing FSH will also keep spermatogenesis from occuring, meaning you won't produce sperm
