Help!!!!!!!!
Hi i have recently purchased winny injectables,
i have been working out for the last year
i am 19
my weight is 216
down from 230
i am 5 foot 7
i want to lose as much weight as possible nd add muscle
and be more healthy ..
i work out about 5 times a week for atleast 1 hour
my days brake dwn 2
chest
bi's tri's
back
shoulders
legs verry rare!
nd i try to do abs 1 or 2 times a weeks
i am gonna begin my cycle in the next week starting with 50mg every other day i need suggestions on how to get my results before summer and how to get a great deal of change
including diet suggestions also please helpp !!!!!

First off many will say you are too young....
*at 5'7 218 lbs is quite a lot.... i'm guessing your body fat is pretty high.... what is it at ?
*winny only is not a good idea... also 50mg eod is not going to do anything for you.... and winny isn't good for someone with a high bf%... you won't notice anything i'm sure..
*you need to do legs instead of make it 'rare' just do them once a week man...
*you need to educate yourself a bit more before jumping into things and doing them the wrong way.... TRUST ME.... I made mistakes like you are about to in the past and I wasted money, time, health, etc....

you need to slow down,, your way to young to be taken aas plus winny will do nothing for you at your weight. Diet and Cardio should be your main concern

even if i did the cycle is 20 min of cardio pre weight lifting a good start with a good diet ?

There is no "even if i did". No one will help you my friend...
Get on a diet and get on a good cardio routine. 20min of walking isn't enough.
Your too young to be shutting yourself down. You risk fusing your growth plates. As well as run greater risks messing with gear at a high bf %.

And really winny? Cmon dude....
Wtf do you think this stuff is going to melt that fat away like butter? No. If you can't even diet right. You will see no results.

you guys are making me double thing greatly...i guess i got some really bad advice before .... can i ask what kind of diet i should be on and how much cardio a day and how many times a week i should be doing it ?

also cardio should be done at least 5 times a week... try for 45-60 minutes daily....
