    double check just in case :)

    Hi I just wanna double check with u guys before I start my first cycle. I have done all the research I needed but just want to make sure that everything I'm gonna do is OK.

    I'm 25 years old
    155lbs
    5.10

    that's goon be my first cycle.

    I'm gonna do "TEST E" 500mg/week for ten weeks. (ONLY test e)
    (test injections 3.5 days apart,monday morning and thursday evening)

    30 days PCT = 25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva.
    (two weeks after my last ejection) "arimidex " on hand in case of gyno or water retention.

    My DIET is in check. (five meals a day + two protein shakes, one after work out and one before I go to bed) I'm also taking "animal pak" for my daily vitamins and minerals.

    I usually workout five times a week and play soccer on Saturday.
    I'll be carful not to overtrain and to have enough time to recovery.

    I also run 5 miles ( 45mins) first thing in the morning on empty stomach twice a week, tuesday and thursday. ( I think this is the best cardio and formula to burn body fat, just drink some water before u go).

    Please let me know if that's a good plan, or if u have any suggestions, I would love to know what do u think! thanks and be safe

    The cycle is ok but
    your diet is not in check because if it was you would be at least 175 lbs by now

    Your really light and you should not cycle

    155 at 5'10"? I think you have some room to grow without the aas to be honest. What are you trying to get out of the cycle?

    Personally I would start eatting a lot of real foods...Use cardio as only a way for overall health, but I dont think at your weight being as tall as you are you should not need to worry about fat loss to much.

    As for the cycle...Looks well thought out. Personally I only run clomid at 50mg for my PCT...Other than that it looks like you did some reading...I like to see that!

    Your better off posting your daily intake in the diet section so they can critique it for you... if you cant naturally gain weight how do you expect to maintain any of the gains you might get?

    well actually the truth is that I did not have much free time to work out and eat properly until now. I'm assuming while I'm on cycle and have the time to train and eat I'll be ok to put a good gain and get ready for my next cycle witch is gonna be a stack ( test e, dboll, deca ). I'm not worry if I'm gonna keep the gain cuz I'm sure with right training and eating that's not a problem.

    I read this post twice and it makes no sense to me.

    Do a cycle of

    Meal 1: Pro/Carb

    8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat



    Meal 2: Pro/Fat

    Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat



    Meal 3: Pro/Carb

    Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
    **Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.


    Meal 4: Pro/Fat

    2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

    60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat



    Workout


    Meal 5: PWO Nutrition

    2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat



    Meal 6: PPWO

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)

    50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat



    Meal 7: Pro/Fat

    Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
    50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat



    Meal 8: Before Bed

    3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

    60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat


    That turns into approximately 420 grams protein, 250 grams Carbs, and 83 grams of fat. This is roughly 3500 calories

    I wanted to say that because of my last job I did not have time to workout even three times a week, and didn't have the time to eat as much as I wanted to, and that's why I'm 155lbs. Now I got a new job and I have the time to workout five times a week and I putted together my diet so I should be able to gain about 10-15lbs only form the food and training.

    I know that u probably gonna say, get to 165-170lbs and than start the cycle but my question is: is it OK if I start it in a couple weeks ? I'm pretty fit now I just want to improve my bench press and get bigger and stronger!

    Its ok yes...Its up to you. Personally I would wait until you put on some natural size first. Its always best to use your natural potential before you start any aas.

    look man,
    I can only nicely spin it so many ways.

    You may be "fit" now in the soccer world, but in the AAS world you are far from it. Post a pic of yourself, just edit your face out.

    Its a very very bad idea to start a cycle at 155.

    In my opinion i would not start running any aas til you reach at least 170 or 180...especially your height but thats just me ...

    No point in shutting down your HTPA and risking side effects to obtain gains you will most likely lose after the cycle. Most people are not disciplined enough to stay on a diet. Prove that you can diet first before you risk anything. Get on a solid diet for 6 month to a year, then try some test.

    I agree that I can gain up to 15-20 pounds naturally but I'm also %100 sure that I can diet and when I go off cycle I'll keep the gain. I don't have to prove that to anybody or to my self. YES I CAN

    If you came for reasurance hoping everyone would give you advice and tell you that your ready and you would gain 40 lbs of lean muscle. That steroids are a dream come true. WHAT AE YOU WAITING FOR!!!

    your body might respond really well to a clean bulking diet. Within a few months people might be thinking you been taking steroids the whole time. I went from 155 at 6 feet to 195 in about half a year and body fat didnt rise at all. My wife thinks im on something....
