hey, im new to this stuff, HELP!!
hey, im 5 11', 255 pounds and ive been trying as hard as possible to cut down to 200 pounds. i was 320 this summer and i cut down to plateau at 255. now, i cant lose weight, i have a good cardio and workout plan going for me, but i just need something to take me that extra edge. i would like to cut down but gain muscle at the same time. i like the idea of hgh but idk. could someone recommend me there experiences, and specifically how to use or take them. thank you so much from a noob.
bench is 315
squat 550
hang clean is 250
power clean 275

Nice fat loss, what is your current bf% and how old are you?

body fat is around 18 or 17 percent. im 18 bout to be 19.

Have you looked into an ECA stack or clen ?

The ECA stack is a drug combination used in weight loss and as a stimulant. ECA is an acronym for ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin.
Clen is clenbuterol .

eca, would that have like a pain killing effect due to the aspirin? sorry dude, im juggling homework while posting, so not, much time to surf the web for info. i would like to stack a growth hormone with something, i heard such positive reviews on it.

the aspirin has nothing to do with pain for the ECA

i just looked into it, not bad bro, what about dianabol ? dianabol would be good for muscle gains wouldnt it?

Make sure your diet is squared away! At your age, if you can dial in your diet and have a solid cardio program going, you should be able to control your weight.

I agree with over812. Diet comes first. Before BB, I was almost 300lbs. I trained for a year and went from 39% bf down to 10% at 210. Then, I did a cycle of sus and winn. That got me down to 195 at 4% for my first BB competition. Good luck bro
