    Ejaculation......

    Ok so i have been pondering this in my head for over a year now and decided i'd start a discussion about it. In 08' i did a little bit of time and was in jail for a little while. Long story short, there are a lot of people who work out blah, blah, blah. But i was told by someone that one of the helping reasons that make men bigger in jail is the lack of ability to ejaculate?

    Consider how hard it would be to get one out with 20-40 other guys bullsh*ttin while you showered? So in 6 months how often would you even be able to get one off?

    So it is said that not having sex, and or ejaculating in any way would act as a natural steroid /super high hormone levels? It makes sense by far in theory to me... I was just wondering if anyone has ever read or done a study to see what relativity this statement may hold? I mean if you go a week or two without sex, or masterbating, i'm sure i'm not the only one feeling like a mad man...

    I know the benefits of this do not even compare to the cons of not having sex lol, but if one could keep himself contained for a long period of time would this create a large difference in the levels that would stay in your body or would your body get used to not getting rid of that much hormone after so long and start producing less so you stay normal?

    I'm interested in what anybody has to insight on this, and even more interested in what anyone may have studied about this. So i guess this will be a cool discussion? I have wondered since i was in for a little while so i want to get some closure on this for personal relief haha

    Thats the only study ive seen on this topic, but it relates to days and peaking on day 7.

    its difficult to say man, my natural test levels have been raised from 200 to 1000 and back and i really know what is the feeling having low and high T
    when i ejaculate before i sleep on the morning i feel ok (high T) but when i do it on the morning(like today, BIG BIG MISTAKE) i feel bad tired not confident(low T). if 1 week i dont ejaculate first 2 days i feel OK, then comes a little drop (1-2) day and then u feel like mad man. thats how it works with me hope it helps lol

    Marcus- so what i got from the study is that it won't change much through day 5, but around day 7 it will jump way up and then there will be little or no change afterwards... Am i correct or did i misread that? If so its obviously not worth not having sex or jacking off just to wait 7 days and it peaks and will stay there. Great thread i appreciate it from you and d7m. I guess it just ups the libido and urge the more you wait since your body compensates for sexual activity by making more.

    -question from that is, what if you were to go almost to ejaculation then stop would the body create the new test and then upon stopping would you have more in the body after that or would it not be significant enough to make a difference. (blue balls lol)

    this sounds right 2 me. i feel better when i dont do it for a while. or just at nite.

    dude listen up,

    The reason everyone is strong and in good shape in jail, is because half of them are drug addicts and they are clean and actually eating ha. Its amazing what some sleep, food and a workout routine will do. **** i remember the southsiders everyone morning at 6 mandatory exercise. they would be yelling and all their crazy mexi shit. i never really saw any of them get big. Genetics plays a big role.

    Don't know if this helps at all, but I came across a routine a few years ago that involved something to the effect of combining sex and lifting. I can't remember the details, but I think you were supposed to have your gf/wife suck you off or something like that in between sets while not ejaculating. While this is not only practical (unless you have an adequate gym at you house), but I can't really imagine working out with a hard-on. On top of that we can't forget the role that focus and attention have on your workout. I believe it would be difficult to keep 100% of your focus on your workout when you have self-induced blue balls and all you want to do is get off. Like I said I never actually tried it, but if any of you are looking to give it a whirl and have the opportunity to do so I would be interested to hear how it turned out.

    ^^^bj i see what you are saying. But i was in on unrelated charges and maintained weight from coming off of ph's? Although i probably could've done that anyway after reading and researching.

    I believe (from personal experience) there is some type of negative relation between athletic gains and ejaculation. I believe, that it not only reduced testosterone levels after about 20-30 minutes, but mostly it triggers a heightened stress hormone release.

    I draw these conclusion from, experience and experimentation with various schemes.

    What has worked best for me is complete abstinence, it significantly helps promote alertness (within 4 days) and increases resting and working pump (within the same amount of time). Also, a notably important effect is the prolongation of optimal training block, through better recovery and thus delay of over-training symptoms.

    What I heard from my End Doc was after 5 days all the sperm are replaced so its better to have sex at least once a 5 days......

    i believe that becoming aroused and tricking your body into thinking that you will have sex but not actually ejaculating will raise your test levels.
