    Planning to cut after cycle

    Am now on my 5th week og Test-E 500mg/w.
    After this cycle i plan to cut up a bit for the summer.
    Gonna run T3 and Clen.
    Can i start this right away after ended pct or should i wait a bit??
    And would it be a good idea to run an AAS with T3 and Clen to keep as much gains as possible??
    Or should i stay away from AAS when doing this cut cause it is so close to ended PCT?

    Any thoughts??

    Stats is not important in this case for anyone to assist, cause this was straight out simple questions, but here goes:

    Age: 24
    Height: 6 feet
    Weight: 231 lbs
    BF%: 16% before current cycle
    Cycle exp: On first one with Test-E, going good so far
    Training exp: 7 years
    Bulk Diet: 500G prot, 300G Karb, 150G fat = 4550 cal (wich am on now)
    When am gonna cut i will drop down to, 2 Weeks with 3500 cals, 4 next weeks with 3000 cals and last 2 weeks with 2500 Cals with daily cardio,
    This is my plan but depending on bodyfat after cycle i might make some arranges on length and calorie drops.


    So, would this be a good idea:
    Run the Test-E for 12 weeks normally, then continue it for 8 more weeks adding T3 and Clen and then run the PCT after the cut??
    12 weeks bulk then 8 weeks cut in the same cycle?

    If this was a BAD idea please sort me out with a nice plan.

    I dont think you need to run t3. Your bf is not that high. I would finish the cycle as planned run pct as planned and on your time off till your next cycle whatever you decide to do bulk or cut, you can run an eca stack or some clen. Also you are definetly going to have to refine your diet. cardio after every workout 30 mins, plus diet and eca or clen and you will be a beast. Here are some really helpful links. Cutting or bulking has to do with only one thing and that is diet.

    after you watch that take some notes and make a new diet for yourself and write out the breakdown on carbs protein and fats in each meal and for the day and post it in the diet section.

    I wouldn't advice you to extend the cycle to 20wks,
    I also wouldn't advice you to stop all compounds and hit clen and t3 for 8 wks then hit pct,
    I also wouldn't advice you to cut in PCT,

    I would stick with the 12 weeks first cycle like planned, go into pct and incorporate the clen, keep calories high while in this period and fully recover your system.

    After about 8 weeks after pct I would cut your bf by diet and cardio only, then when you hit a brick wall I would introduce some fat loss aids.

    Thanks for helping me out.
    I have watched the Milos videos before many times.
    My Bulk diett looks ok doesnt it??
    And when it comes to cutting diet, the cal nr i posted was just a guideline.
    I allways have 100g krab, 30G fat and only adjusting on the protein intake.

    Sounds like a plan, only i will start the cut 4 weeks after PCT, cause i love beeing cut in the summer and i need the 2 months atleast before am satisfied. Next fall i will plan my cycle better for summer cutting.
