if roids are fake what are they?

i read a lot about black market fakes with almost every kind of roid. if a roid is fake then most likely what is it? for example if somebody has fake deca or fake dbol what else could it be. just wondering.

Sometimes, let me repeat, sometimes it is an actual company selling a somewhat real steroid under someone ele's brand name b/c of marketability. An example of this would be Anapolon 50. There is a popular fake around Mexico that will make you grow. It is a real steroid but underdosed.
