    8 Week Cutter

    What do you guys think? Have done numerous cycles, but mostly bulkers. Diet is on check. Just cutting down and maintaining muscle for upcoming jiu jitsu tournaments. No test this time, because I tend to bloat and gain weight easily even with minimum dose of test and even while running prop. Part of the reason why i'm throwing in proviron.

    Week 1-8: Clen (1 week on, 1 week off - ECA during week off) - Starting off at 80mcg/day and pyramiding up and down.
    Week 1-8: T3 - Starting at 50mcg/day and pyramiding up and back down to 50mcg/day at week 8.
    Week 1-8: Var - 60mg/day (just to maintain muscle)
    Week 4-7: Proviron - 50mg/day (got this idea from BJJ's Var log a few months ago)
    Week 9 (PCT): Nolva - 20mg/day and Clomid - 50mg/day
    Week 10 (PCT): Nolva - 20mg/day

    Also will be adding daily supplements and liver protection. Thanks in advance guys. Let me know what you think.

    clen and eca are gunna hit a lot of the same receptors might as well just stay on one of them

    There's really no point to doing a x on/ x off cycle with clen, if you're supplementing with ephedra, because the same receptors will be used. So, they won't really have time to up-regulate...I've come to find the best cycle (over 8 weeks on clen) is...Week 1-3: normal dosage, week 4: normal + benedryl at night...week 5-8 normal...

    You can use a stronger (prescription strength anti-histimine) to up-regulate your beta receptors during the "recovery" week, but there are more side effects, and it's harder to get....aka benedryl is cheap at any Cvs.

    I have tried the Benydryl thing and it did nothing for me. Well, it put me to sleep pretty fast and made me drowsy in the A.M., but it did nothing to help with Clen. I respond much better to ECA than I do to Clen anyway. I like 2 weeks on/1 week off for ECA and usually run it for 8 weeks with great results. Also, I notice that for some reason Clen hinders my cardio where as ECA does not.

    Thanks for the replies guys. After all these years, not sure why I was under the impression that clen and ECA hit different receptors. So, you guys like the 8 week cycle but should switch it up to 2 weeks on 1 week off for clen and just scratch the eca all together?

    Cycle Exp: plenty
    PCT Knowledge: most important part and always give it the most focus
    Training Exp: playing sports all my life, lifting 7-8 years
    Diet: mostly high protein, moderate carbs (due to bjj and other activities) and would say pretty solid. close friend is a nutritionist.
    I've been a member on this site since 2001 or 2002 under a different name so I've done my research for a very long time before even doing my first cycle. Not sure why after all these years it skipped my brain about clen and eca hitting the same receptors. I'd like to think I simply forgot but it's a good thing you guys are here to remind me. As far as the stats...above in red...

    Yes I have...I've ran clen/t3 cycles in the past and thrown in ephedra on weeks off from clen. I've definitely gotten the results I wanted and couldn't tell the difference between clen and eca, other than the appetite suppresant which I enjoyed from eca. I tend to retain water even when cutting and with var in this cycle I was hoping to combat that by throwing eca in on the weeks off from clen.

    Well for me i definetlyy like eca cause i can actually sleep when i take it. Clen is weird i cant get good sleep. So which ever one your prefer is the one you should use.

    So you saying at the end of the day results are the same with either or? What about long term vs. short term? Why does everyone perceive clen to be this "miracle" pill if it's that similar to eca?

    Everyone is different. I honestly cant go to bed when i take clen. So for me the benefits are not worth it. plus i like he focus i get from eca and the appetite suppressing abilities it has while i am cutting. This is my first time running eca, but i love it.

    You can take ECA longer also. And when you use keto it works better check it.Ketotifen
