0.5 ml of test 400

HI

About 30 hrs ago I injected 0.5 ml of test 400 in to my delt, same place I have done before, same depth as before, However, my Delt has swollen up like a chicken fillet and is quite painfull. This is the first time anything like this has happened.
What should I do please?

Maybe you hit a nerve,
Do you have full mobility in your arm
Did it just swell up now, or immediatly after your injection?

It hurt a bit last night, but have woken up this moring and its swollen and is painfull, am about to go to the gym now and see what its like. I had 0.5 ml last week and put 0.5ml in each delt yesterday, the right is ok but the left is not. (the reason for the 2 x 0.5 ml is that I had been told that it is slow to "disolve", so thought that 2 x 0.5ml would do for this time.

imo,
I dont think it does anything to put 0.5ml in each delt,
I have just been switching it up week to week or day to day

Im guessing you used the same needle and the left delt was your second shot?

I used cleean needles and syringe for each

if this has happened has it gone in to fat?

Whats the worst thing that could happen from going to the hospitial.

I would go. Maybe they will give you some anit inflamitories

i got a standard sted pack from the chemist, bout 2.5 inches I guess, If I go to hospital surly they will give me some Sh!t about councelling and that it will go on my medical record that I am a Steroid User?
Are there any Anit Inflam that I can buy over the counter?
