Clen cycle (but no temperature increase?)...

I'm getting ready to run a var/clen cycle...but have one question before I start.

Last time I ran clen, it definately worked (as far as my metabolism goes)...I was able to cut bf (not just water) what seemed almost double the rate that I normally do when only working out. I also had systemic effects (like shakes/jitters, increased heart rate, extra sweating, etc..)...So i know it had some effects on my system...

The weird thing is, my temperature never seemed to increase (as I have read it should). I tracked it every day at the same time (noon), and it was always around 97.6 (I know...a point lower than average)...I think my body temp normally runs a little low...but in any case, i definately didnt see an increase while on clen. What does that mean? Do you HAVE to see increase body temp for increased metabolic rate? Or could you still be gaining the cutting effects of clen, without a body temp increase??

Clen should elevate your body temp by roughly half of a degree to create the thermogenic Effect, its sounds strange that you had all the effects of the clen expect this one, I have no idea what that means because ive never heard of it not increasing the temp before especially when you having all the benefits of the drug, if it works you carry on using it

Mine stays at 97.3. I get all the other sides also. I have one of these damn Al Gore thermometers that has no mercury in it so it could be that my thermometer should be thrown in the garbage can.

in order to measure an increase in temperature you need a stable baseline, doing it at noon everyday is not stable since you have been active before hand and how active you are(as well as daily temperature changes and such) will influence your temperature slightly

this slight difference is significant though since our degree of measurement(temp increase) is also very small

temperature should be measured upon waking before getting out of bed in the morning for a week and averaged

good luck finding them, they stopped making them because of mercury's toxic properties
