that was my original diet and i got up to 140 on that. I always eat what i think is pretty good. Never soda/beer/chips/candy, etc
so i would type all the protein/carbs/fat but ill give you the totals. I do record what i eat.
Protein 220 Carbs 257 Fat 67 Calories 3109.
then i changed to the sample diet on the diet forum, but can't maintain it. it is too tough on me i think. What do you think about the diet above?
