Winstrol VS Primo
Hey guys i was wondering...if i had both some winstrol and Primo what would you guys recommend for a cutting cycle?
I was going to run Test E for 12 weeks and run either the winstrol or the primo the last 6. Any thoughts on one vs. the other?

bj,
im in the middle of my first cycle
this would be a 2cnd cycle and im just researching at this point
5-7 and 156 lbs now...gained 13 in 1-1/2 weeks
bf-14%
PCT going to run Nolva and chlomid
Diet- Im running what this board has recommended for bulking right now
5300 cals...but im cutting it back. I just can't get all that food down. Im going to run about 4000 cals a day with about 220 grams protein 257 in carbs 67 in fat
I train 6 days a week usually.
I used to box and have lifted on and off integrating it into my boxing since High School.
im 36
I was just wanting some opinions on winstrol vs the primo.

i actually used to fight at 122. Diet alone got me recently to 140. Then i started my cycle. Now at end of week 2 i am 156. Yes i fought very lean. Michael Carbajhal (spelling is wrong!) style.
Thoughts on the Primo...?

My original diet:
1st meal:
smart start cereal
cup of milk
8 oz of grapefruit juic/ or orange / or acai berry
banana
2 whole eggs
2cnd meal:
2 slices wheat bread with serving of peanut butter on each
serving of grapes
cheese stick
3rd meal:
grilled chicken(6oz) mixed sallad no dressing
protein shake
cheese stick
Cottage cheese (6oz)
serving of grapes
serving of yogurt
4th meal:
Protein shake (post workout)
chicken or fish or elk steak (8oz)
Pasta with alfredo
Broccoli
5th meal:
2 servings of yogurt with grapenuts
apple
that was my original diet and i got up to 140 on that. I always eat what i think is pretty good. Never soda/beer/chips/candy, etc
so i would type all the protein/carbs/fat but ill give you the totals. I do record what i eat.
Protein 220 Carbs 257 Fat 67 Calories 3109.
then i changed to the sample diet on the diet forum, but can't maintain it. it is too tough on me i think. What do you think about the diet above?

its the biggest i've ever been. I was always 125lbs. Got to 143 before i started.
Test E 250 every 3 days for 12 weeks
PCT chlomid and nolva
Diet as described above
Gym 6 days a week
any ideas T...

I thought the whole purpose for me to run a cycle of test was to put on some more size...i've always been a skinny ass and it sucks. I ate my ass off to get to 143. Then i started my cycle hoping to keep gaining from the diet and let the test kick in. I was hoping to get to a solid 170.

Wrong again, this is just over 2500 calories, 2511 to be exact. Your diet above??? Milk, Orange Juice, Cheese Sticks, Cereal, Wheat Bread with Peanut Butter? Honestly, your diet is a notch above terrible. You should repost in the diet section and get it worked over. I have a feeling this is 99% of your problem.

your numbers are not correct fire guy...ill post the numbers off my spreadsheet later. I think it is due to serving size possibly.

A notch above terrible??? The sample diet has 10 oz of wheat bread and 5 oz of cheese in one sitting. What is the difference in my wheat bread with the cheese sticks? I guess it is the quality of food one buys. These cheese sticks are not the type one might buy for his 5 year old to take to school. There is Milk, juice and peanut butter in the sample diet also.
Maybe someone should take the damn sample diet off of the forum if it is so bad!

that is not my diet....THE DIET I AM ON IS ON THIS FORUM IN THE DIET SECTION UNDER SAMPLE DIETS. I respect your guys' knowledge. I am incorrect on the totals for the protein, carbs, fat, but not the kals. So my mistake. The diet i am on from the diet section on this site is 5300 kals. That is what i have been eating. I am cutting that back about 1000 kals a day. It is just too much for me. The diet above is what took me from 122 to 140. You have to understand i ate like a bird before that. I am a business exec and coffee and skipped lunches with no breakfast was a norm for several years.

When i was bulking I was eating 50,000 cal a day....most of my calories came from Snickers.......and ice cream...........
Snickers: Nuts/Chocolate
Ice Cream: Milk(Protein)/sugar (Carbs)
